Weaving our Voices into Our Nation’s Future

In the movie 1776, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman and Robert Livingston discuss who shall write the first draft of the Declaration of Independence. ‘You are the man to do it” was the repetitive phrase they used and, as we know, Thomas Jefferson was chosen. He was the man to do it – his language inspired those delegates and this nation to be our best Selves in forming a new nation. We all have been touched and empowered by the phrases in the second paragraph. These phrases ring in our hearts as we identify them with our democracy, with what our country stands for.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—-That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly, all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.

In these present circumstances in the USA, I believe that it is deeply important that we rematrix these phrases as our own. That we own these phrases as foundational to our nation’s future. This rematrixing will enliven this document into a higher frequency for not only ourselves, but also for the nation.

Starting on May 29^th, a group of writers will join together to unpack each of the underlined phrases with a Template 3. In our biweekly calls, we will also unpack the complaints listed in this documents. They are familiar to us as they are also our complaints currently.

He has endeavored to prevent the Population of these States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

A New Reality of Unity is Forming

How do realities form? Sometimes they are forced upon use by conquerors which could make us a slave when before we might have been a baker or a farmer. In today’s world, conqueror’s kill, torture, and then force the population to live under their threats and their policies. These are time-limited realities.

Our present reality is called a reality of separation because it expands on the concept of duality to have us experience everyone, and everything as separate from us as an individual. It has been the reality for humans for thousands upon thousands of years. Humans were not always so limited and separate as we experience today. We have realized that we are not separate for all others in small bits like ‘no man is an island’ or ‘it takes a village’. However most people don’t realize that what they think is thoughts that were programmed into them from early childhood. Thus our thinking is limited by this historic information. In this reality of separation, we became disconnected from our minds, our capacities to create, and our Source. We are only now discovering how much our species lost…our ability to think in our larger mind…our capacity to create…our capability to BE with another in co-creation.

In this present time, many people have been and are discombobulated as they suddenly experience a stark difference between what they thought was ‘real’ be it in relationships or understanding of concepts like love. These stark realities initially cause grief as the individual experiences this realization as the actual death of something. Part of their mind still views the old reality as real as if that person or idea is lost or dead. Eventually they realize that what they thought was real is actually just a fabrication. Their capacity to experience the ‘stark reality’ shows them that their minds have increased their capacity to think with their own thoughts and not those programmed into them from childhood.

We humans are a funny lot. We buy into the idea that everything that others have told us about living is an actual truth. Our thinking then is based on ideas implanted in our brains as truth. As we discover that the what had been truth to live by is now just a story that was made up, well, why it is painful to realize, it is quite liberating to live and think our own thoughts.

Why would this discombobulation be happening to people now? It is occurring because we are now better able to perceive the differences between the realities of separation and the realities of unity. It is occurring because energies from the Universe have been increasingly anchoring here with greater intensity. If you have been doing your spiritual work, writing the Creation Exercises, you have been accessing these energies from the Universe which makes you stronger in your own sacred consciousness and thus better able to discern what is real for you.

It is critical at this time to listen with your own deep listening to the voice of Creation. Deepen your connection to Creation/God/Goddess/Source. I recommend the Templates of the Language of Creation as a magical tool that helps you discover your own inner sacred consciousness and connect more deeply with Creation. Separation and Unity: How do we live them both?

In the present reality that we live in the western world, we are taught that we must ‘pull ourselves up by our own bootstraps’ while we also know that ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. In school, we are taught that we must take tests by ourselves, and we are graded against each other on the bell curve. Yet in higher grades and in business, we are directed to work in teams as the many provide more knowledge, differing perspectives, and more intuition on projects, thus creating a better outcome.

If we own a small business, we network with others so that more people will know about our services as we tell our clients about what others offer – the connections make us more known and hopefully more profitable. In our professional groups, we network to keep up to date about what the profession is offering newly and to be aware of other job opportunities. Together we raise the overall knowledge and application capacity of our profession.

These are what I call ‘both/and’ opportunities. Individually we make sure that we study to our best ability; we offer services of the highest integrity and quality. While at the same time, we work with others to increase the synergy of our services to our clients/customers. We need each other to create newly and to make sure that the needs of the community are met. Hopefully we will do this in business, in financial systems, in local governments and in education.

While ensuring our personal integrity and high standards of service, we move to a larger field of caring for the larger community when we work with others. As each field embraces this ‘both/and’ practice, it finds a place for both individual perspectives/ growth and for working together to create a better community/country/world. “Doughnut Economics’ by Kate Raworth provides us with a great example of this ‘both/and’ process. Her Doughnut Template provides a financial structure that would serve all humans as well as nature. While it is true that in the past in some fields, individuals have stopped the flow of new information/perspectives to be published and supported, in the end the new knowledge will help us embrace the fullness of what a human can be and do. The path of the exploration of the plasticity of the human brain from ‘no change’ to recognition of the brain being the most malleable organ in the body, now known as Neuroplasticity, is a good example.

In the Language of Consciousness Institute, we explore this ‘both/and’ activity in our examination of our historic personality, our self, and our larger Self, our spirit’s conscious embodiment. We refer to our historic personality as our ‘self’ (lower case ‘s’). This historic personality is made up of our life experiences, our beliefs, and habits, all that our families and our culture taught us what was true about life. That historic personality learned to both learn alone as in school, and to learn with others as in playing with others which is when you could best have fun, build forts together and maybe even win a game. Which part of this historic personality dominates in your life? In your work or in your play?

In looking at embodying the power of our spirit in our lives, we refer to our ‘Self’ (upper case ‘S’). This Self is the experience of being more of your larger Being, your original design. In being your Self, you have released historic ideas of what you are. The Self is the interface with the everyday world that no longer traps you historically because you know that you are more.

The (capital S) Self is the point of perception where the temporal experience of your mortal life and the eternal experience of your immortal existence come together. The discovery of this Self is in the metapoint of the temporal and the eternal, the secular and the sacred, the biochemical and the alchemical, and more. The more consciously conscious you become of your Self, the more you begin to observe and experience that you are not static. You change, you move, and you are dynamic.

In ‘The New Science of Heaven”, Robert Temple explains that we are not just our bodies, we are also a plasma body. This plasma body leaves our biological body at death and has been referred to in ancient texts as our etheric bodies, our spirits, our souls. Could it be that our Self is that plasma part of us, the eternal part of us informing our present conscious mind of itself, of all that we could be in this life and bring to this life? I say ‘yes’!

By accessing the capacities and capabilities of our larger Self, we become able to be, do and have what we came into this life to be, do, and have.

Are you ready?

We each must take personal action to live as our Self.

You can stomp and say ‘no’, it should be given to me! That requires no energy and nothing will be gained from that stance.

You could blame the present reality of separation and spend all your energy in focusing against it. Then all your mind notices is what is ‘separation’, what is life-defeating. Where are the directions for what you consider life-enhancing or life-generating? Without those directives, our spirit and our allies don’t know how to help us to manifest what we crave in our life.

You could focus on the unity present in the world, such as in nature and in the experience of meditation. This is a necessary element to consciously recognizing and living as part of the greater whole. And you need to find a way to define what you crave for life here. The Templates of the Language of Creation provide the templates to define and manifest all that you crave in life.

One of the principles of the Field of Tantra Maat is that ‘Everything has a place’. Living that principle, we could find a place for the reality of Separation. Not letting it control our actions and thoughts, instead making our field larger so that reality exists but does not impact us much. ‘you are in the reality of separation but you are not of it.’

The Center for Contemplation and Action said it best.

“The only way out and through any dualism included that between action and contemplation, is a kind of universal forgiveness of reality for being what it is. This becomes the bonding glue of grace which heals al separation that law, religion, or logic which reals all separations that law, religion, or logic can never finally or full restore.“ Center for Contemplation and Action

You can also search out and apply practices that support your spirit/your Self in being embodied. The Templates of the Language of Creation are the best tools that I have experienced that can support you in moving from your historic ideas and language to the concepts and language of your larger Beings, your Self. Templates 3 and 4 particularly are powerful in that they restore our Registers of the Sacred & the Secular, the Alchemical & the Biochemical, the Infinite & the Finite of each of us. In the writing of these Templates, the writer connects with Creation and with their own deeper wisdom, with the larger knowing of their Self. You are so much more than you imagine. You must take that first step to claim that capacity and that capability to be whom you hope/know yourself to be. Not just the first step, but daily take steps as your Self is revealed to you.

What is home to you?

For some of us, the word ‘home’ carries the societal ideal of a two-parent family and a wanting to return to this early safe place, or an imaginary home fulfilling all that we think home should be. For others, the word ‘home’ may hold trauma, fear even anger and needing to get away. Your home could have been safe, or it could have been a dangerous place for a child to navigate.

Let’s look at what you hold for ‘home’ to be. What comes up in your mind or your emotions when you think/say the word ‘home’?

Is ‘home’ a physical place? Or is it a way that you feel about the idea of home? Or does the feeling of home arise when you are in a different place? When I think of home, I think of my childhood homes (Los Alamos NM, Chicago IL, Falls Church VA, we moved for Dad’s jobs). I also think of the homes where I raised my children in Virginia. Along with the physical location of our homes, we have sentient registers for what ‘feels like’ home, even if you have never been to a location before. Maybe it’s even in another city or country. In my travels, I experienced places in Peru that felt like home, like I lived there before. I have had friends who mentioned this phenomenon when visiting cities in Europe. Have you experienced other places that ‘feel’ like home?

So, what does ‘home’ or ‘being home’ mean to you? What arises in your memory, your emotions, your imagination?

What do you crave the word/concept ‘home’ to mean for you?

The easiest way to get to the description of what you want ‘home’ to be (not the negative that you may have experienced and probably an expansion of the positive that you have experienced) is to write your Creation Exercises using Template 3 and 4. Template 3 ‘Craving what home is for me is’ or Template 4 ‘Craving what being home is for me is being’ are phrases that you could use. Remember you write only life-enhancing or life-generating phrases, so any of those negative or life-defeating thoughts aren’t a part of your Creation Exercises and therefore not part of what ‘home’ will be for you in the future. In writing your Creation Exercises using Template 3 or 4, you are defining the word home differently so that any time in the future when you hear or think the word home, these life-enhancing phrases dominant in your glial neural networks. These new phrases are then part of what appears in your mind and your emotions when you hear the word ‘home’ and thus support you in choosing a response that is resonant for you.

For individuals looking for their next best earth-based home, writing these Creation Exercises will help you choose not just how that home will feel for you but also where the next location for your home is for you. So, you might write, ‘Craving what my next best location for my home is for me is’ or ‘Craving what my next best home is for me is’. For individuals who want to describe their Spirit’s home of origin in the Universe, these Creation Exercise will support you in connecting to that dimensional home. You might write ‘Craving what my Spirit’s home of origin is for me is’.

What does the phrase ‘coming home’ mean to you?

When I was in my late 20s that phrase ‘coming home’ generated in both my mother and myself, a reversal back to our roles when I left home to marry. I found it both confusing, and discomforting as I was an adult in my own life and somewhat comforting that my mother would slip so easily back into old patterns of how she showed her love for me. To help you define how you want to feel when ‘coming home’, I suggest that you write a Creation Exercise using Template 3, ‘Craving what coming home is for me is’. We create our reality based our beliefs and our languaging of those beliefs. Templates 3 & 4 are perfect for defining what we want ‘coming home’ to be for us. Even now in my senior years, the words ‘coming home’ begin to define the transition time for me, what do I want that transition to be like and what do I expect after death.

Your Creation Exercises help support you in living the life that you crave. Templates 3 & 4 are pivotal in your process of reclaiming words from your language so that they support you in making choices resonant with your cravings for the present and for the future. All those life-enhancing life-generating phrases that you write are simultaneously added to your glial neural networks. What occurs for us is truly magical. If the word ‘home’ had negative connotations for you, then after you have written a full Template 3 Creation Exercise on ‘Craving what home is for me is’, the word ‘home’ now has 12 new life-generating phrases linked to it. Your brain now has more glial cells embedded with those phrases to choose from, phrases that describe the best home that you can imagine for your Self.

Stepping Out of Your NOW and into Your Future by Elektra Porzel

What happens in your body when you read the title of this article?

Stomach clenching?

Bile rising in your throat?

Excitement rising?

Eyes brightening with anticipation?

For many of us, the thought that we could design our life is a bit scary.

How could we possibly know what the right choices are?

After all, our entire lives others have told us what we should do, must do to survive and thrive in this lifetime. We have listened to them. We also have followed patterns of behavior that at one time felt ‘right’ for us,

Sometimes we followed the advice of the others. Sometimes we did walk our own path but then found that that path no longer fit what we wanted out of life. Seem familiar?

With those thoughts in mind, the team at the Institute started to be interested in how people learn and how their needs in learning now might be different than the traditional ways that we were taught in school as youngsters.

So we started a search for new ways of learning. New ways to support people in learning how to use the Templates. We wanted to figure out not a teaching method, but a learning method, that would support people in using the the Templates of the Language of Creation as a tool for becoming all that they craved to be.

We looked at the idea of flipped curriculum where the reading and viewing of information is done by the student in their own paced learning. We thought about how movement of the body helps us to be present to our sentience more easily,

Then we settled on a title for a new program that combined both of the above, flipped curriculum and a focus on sentience. It’s name…Designing Your Life. I discovered that I couldn’t talk about shifting how others learn to design their lives differently without the same questioning going on in my system. I began to be aware that something was shifting in how I experienced my own life. In my life, I couldn’t help become more aware that something was missing for me.

You might be asking, why would I share this? Aren’t I supposed to touting how wonderful my life is because I use the Templates?

I suppose that you are correct. If I was writing a standard marketing piece, I would only talk about how fabulous my life is…all due to writing the Templates.

Yeah, I could have done that. Instead I chose to be honest with you.

Just like me, you may have been unconscious to the fact that how you live your life is not how you would like to live your life. There is not the levels of joy, or excitement or peace that you would love to have.

I have started on my own journey to shift my patterns of living by paying attention to my sentient awareness. I hope that you do too! So that we all can live our lives as the unique and essential gifts that we are to this planet and to humanity,

Let your body and mind talk to you.

Let your body and mind niggle at you as you contemplate the idea of having more of the life that you crave.

Let the yearning in,

Let the wondering in,

Then take the next step…and

Who are We in the Matter?

A question that I have been asking my whole life has been ‘Why am I here?’ ‘What is my purpose on this planet?’ Liz Geyer reminded me of this question in her latest FB post on our LOC Institute Facebook page. One of her answers is to come to life as a beginner. We never truly know how our unique and essential Self will show up and how it fits into the unfolding of the reality of unity now coming into this planet.

In my teens, I asked the question in angst…what is the purpose of this life? In my 30’s, I asked it as a seeking to find out my placement in the more of what seemed to be in the etheric fabric of this world…not yet visible but tangible none the less. I studied with Brook Medicine Eagle to learn her knowings of native American cosmology and our western world. She always said she was a bridge between the two. And she was for me. I worked under Tom Crum in his work with the art of Aikido and conflict management. This work based on ‘render the attack harmless while doing no harm to the attacker’ grounded me in that philosophy and how the dynamic of aikido worked in life’s and business’s conflicts. I studied Healing Tao Chi Kung and used their basic meditations to connect to the energies of the heavens and the earth. Thirty years later I still use a variety of what I learned there to bring my body and its organs back in balance. I was part of the Unitarian Universalist Church for over 20 years and the ministers in my home church in Burke VA gave me an appreciation of the breadth and depth of the spiritual search of humanity over the centuries. The familial context of that congregation held me and my children as they and I grew over time into more of whom we came here to be.

I worked in those years as the Director of a day care center; as a training manager in an early childhood association and then in the training offices of several associations and then in a hospital system. I learned about service to others, about supporting others in their search to be of service and about good intentions not always resulting in good actions. By my 60s I was deep into being a healer supporting others in their healing whether that be through massage, cranial sacral therapy, sounding, or the use of Chi Nei Tsang. Still I was searching for something that I did not have access to. I couldn’t put my finger on it, AND I knew that ‘something’ was missing.

I became aware of Tantra Maat in my mid-60s first through her book, An Irish Tale of a Modern Mystic, and then thru her monthly calls. My inner guidance said that this woman had access to something that I wanted access to. For the last ten years, I have been a student, a practitioner, and a team member in her field, In 2016 I took on the expansion of my field by holding the Language of Consciousness Institute in my field. With the assistance of Tantra and our first team of 4 teachers, we created a new teaching program for helping others learn how to write four of the 9 Templates of the Language of Creation. That program taught participants not just how to write those Templates but more so the larger fields within which those Templates resided.

Now in 2022 I still hold the LOC Institute in my field and am working with a new team to design a Learning Program that will guide new participants through not just a learning how to write all 9 Templates but more so to learn to listen within to their body’s and their Spirit’s communication with them So, like Liz, I have come back to the question of my teen years, of my 30s and with a whole new comprehension of all that those questions can lead me to.

I now have a deep knowing of my connections to Creation, to my larger Spirit, and to those powers and forces in the Universe who have my back. I no longer have to have a definitive plan to follow…instead I listen, I perceive, I give guidance to my etheric support team through the writing of my Creation Exercises and I take the next step. The next step feels solid and grounded. The ultimate end of this path is still an unknown to me. And that ‘unknown’ state feels so right. So much is happening on this planet at this time. Those forces which want us to be separated from each other and from nature are in their desperation to keep humanity under their control. They are losing control as people like me, like Liz, like Tantra and the men and women in the Field of Tantra Maat open up to all that is occurring that is life-enhancing and life-generating on this earth. There are others who are paying attention to these etheric patterns that coming back into this earth and it is this internal listening that is guiding us all into the next step, the next recursion of our return to humanity’s original design.

Do I now know why I am here? Yes in part…to enjoy this planet…to love my family and my friends…to care for this planet and other beings that inhabit it…to engage in life…and to listen internally and take the next step. What my next steps are is an unknown to me and that seems right. All the doing of my life occurs in next steps and not in a task orientated checklist which I was taught as how to approach life.

What is Generation?

– relating to or capable of production or reproduction.

“the female reproductive system and its generative cycles”

– having the power or function of generating, originating, producing, or reproducing.

What is it to regenerate our Self…our Original Design?

In the LOC Institute, when we use the upper-case ‘S’ in the word Self, we are referring an inclusionary field that holds both the historic personality ‘self’ and our larger Spirit embodied. We also call this field, our MetaSelf. As our MetaSelf, the dominant vibration is that of the individual’s Spirit. This vibration in the embodiment is moving the human back into its original design of its body and its Spirit. The Original Design of humanity includes our body in an expanded strength, stamina, and capacity to BE whom we came here to be. In this process of becoming our MetaSelf, we stand in this higher frequency of our Spirit embodied, and our cells vibrate such that the sludge of the reality of separation moves out of our cells, our tissues, our organs, our bones. This cellular cleansing even occurs down to our cell’s electrons and quarks. In this cleansing and the cellular return to its original design, the body can return to the original functions of its design. And our Spirit can inhabit our body so that we live what we came here to Be, Do and Have.

Regeneration definitions

Regeneration is a common function in the biological world: ‘the natural process of replacing or restoring damaged or missing cells, tissues, organs and even entire body parts to the full function in plants and animals.’

Since it is accepted fact that the body knows about regeneration of its biological components, we can assume that this biological regeneration process that is stimulated by the higher frequencies of our Spirit, our MetaSelf, is initiated to make all cells, from the quark on up to organs, brains, and bones, capable of operating effectively within the higher frequencies of our original design.

From the theological view, there is this definition from 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 Peter 1:23 that describes this regeneration of our Spirit embodied. (I have modified its language) “the impartation of divine life which is manifested in that radical change in the moral character of the human into love of God/Goddess/Creation/Great Spirit and a life of righteousness/godliness/principled/reverence”

Thus, our Spirit regeneration has been experienced before in our human history. Our Spirit and are bodies can return to their original design.

How do we experience this regeneration of our original design and our MetaSelf?

First you must be curious, paying attention to how you are being in the world. You may use any number of modalities to regularly listen to your body, your emotions, and your languaging so that you can shift out of historic reactions to make choice in how you act with others. This listening and paying attention will shift your viewpoint to that of the Observer. Thus, you can change your actions and your responses and the results that you experience in the world. You become able to behave differently in the world. Your changed behaviors change the results you achieve in relationships to yourself, to others and to your Source.

In the Language of Consciousness Institute, we utilize the Templates of the Language of Creation to become familiar with our biological registers for resonance, for life-enhancing and life-generating language. We become the Observer and the Craver. We write our Cravings into direct communication with our Spirit and with Creation. The regular writing of our Creation Exercises sets us into a continuous realignment with our Spirit’s purpose for our life in this lifetime. We share with others our ahas, our challenges and our joys from working with the Templates. We are connected and interconnected in a matrix of connection with all life on earth and with the greater forces of the universe visible and invisible. Eventually some individuals have become fully aligned with their Spirit and with Creation. It is in this alignment that we experience the resonance of our Spirit embodied.

The reality that we crave has many complexities for each of us and is always vibrating within a reality of unity. That reality of unity is a field of higher dimensions that holds all that exists visible and invisible. As we inhabit this embodiment of our Spirit, the regeneration of our bodies begins. In talking with individuals who have experienced the higher resonance of their MetaSelf, they described the experience as: a higher vibration of the body and the field around it; of a sense of ‘this is right’, ‘I am held’ and the sense that these larger forces ‘have my back.’ A calmness and surety are also present. They also experienced physical symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, symptoms of dis-ease such as coughing, colds, headaches etc. as the cells of their body are cleansed. The cleansing of the physical body can take many variations and will occur for each of us if we want to stand in our original design. In the resultant state, we are more capable of being whom we came here to be, what we came to do and what we would come to have.

How to be with another in the field of a Generative Force like Creation?

We cannot do this alone. You must be part of a larger field in order to become your MetaSelf. Energetically it takes a generative matrix to hold you while you do your individual work. Yes, you will be observing your own actions, reactions. You will be choosing different behaviors as you become more aware of whom you deeply want to be in the world. Yes, you will be writing your own Creation Exercises. To be with others in the field can be accomplished by joining and being active in a larger field of individuals that are active in the same kind of search. The Language of Consciousness Institute’s community and the Field of Tantra Maat are two such groups that would support you as you engage in becoming whom you came here to be.

Proposal

We are moving beyond old norms and behaviors as we seek to BE whom we came here to be. This is true for individuals and organizations. Below is our take on the culture that we hope to create thru the Language of Consciousness Institute.

The LOC Institute and its community form a generative foundation which provides a field within which the intrinsic power of humans in alignment with the Creation and their larger Spirit work together to generate, originate, produce, and develop a culture based in a reality of unity where diversity and complexity are both necessary and intrinsic to the continuous evolution of the culture and its people; where the unique and essential capabilities and capacities of each human are respected and supported in all functions within that resulting culture; where the people exist in community each in alignment with their own resonant nature and with the larger field within which they exist. That culture consists of customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements which embody a generative consistency in how its people act, think, evolve and work together. A generative matrix is thus formed that holds the weavings of the complex and diverse forms that arise in this generative culture.

How do we shift our perception of the Creation Templates from ‘one more thing’ to ‘a part of’. I have been pondering lately on the view of the Creation Templates. Many of us have been writing the Creation Templates for years now and there are those who are completely new to the templates. Yet. we may be viewing them through the same mental lens. This is the mental lens of ‘One More Thing’! What is this perception of our culture that creates the notion of burden rather than to add or deepen into oneself?

Our culture these days is overwhelmed, anxious, and feeling at the affect of ‘one more thing’. This pressure is upon us as an awakening conscious collective is showing up in our unique relationship to ‘one more thing’. Are you experiencing your version of this lens? Have the Creation Templates become a ‘one more thing’ notion for you?

What would it look like to create a shift in consciousness and transform from ‘one more thing’ mindset to curious engagement in the Creation Templates as a guide into how we are a part of everything and everything is a part of us? The conundrum of this question, for me, is that I must be willing to pause, breathe and engage with the question as a beginning. And the engagement for me, arises out of the making of space and recognizing that I am a part of innately even if I am not consciously conscious of this innate knowing.

The natural tendency of the mind then is to equate ‘one more thing’ as a burden instead of opportunity. The intriguing aspect of this conundrum, then, is if we operate in this as faulty thinking, I don’t believe we have a chance to shift the thinking. And, if the shift occurs when we recognize this thinking occurs in the individual and collective…we have the opportunity to shift our relationship individually as well as collectively.

What is so interesting about this whole pondering it, is that while I feel like I am making no sense with the words, my body trust the authenticity of what I am writing. It is as if the body is dictating through the hands what is to be conveyed…regardless if comprehensible.

This also occurs when I am writing Creation Templates. The brain may or may not register what is being languaged though the alchemical nature of the template yet. And, the body is in alignment with it always. The brain may like or not like the words appearing and meanwhile the body is simply in the experience of being in the template unfolding.

Is this the way to orient beyond the ‘one more thing’ mind to gain access to ‘a part of everything and everything a part of being? How much am I willing to pause, reflect upon, and invest in this possibility? Are you??

This blog had the starting point to explore what has been occurring in my experience of template writing in exploring being, doing, having. Last spring I took time to write templates daily for 90 days (30 days for each state of being). This self-study experience has unfolded over the past year, opening up into a collaborative event this past weekend.

Lori Candon and I invited the exploration: Being, Doing, Having Resiliency . I am now able to see how the Creation Templates shifted me from ‘one more thing’ into ‘a part of’ as the engagement into an exploration opened me up into being, doing and having more of who I am…more being which invites the doing as a whole system response of body, mind and spirit. And in this gaining deeper reflection as evidence in the mental mind, I am more connected in the stability, groundedness in being, and capacity to respond to each now moment….what feels like being a part of ….resiliency.

I close to share the Craving What template and Observing that flowed through my fingers before writing the pondering I share here as a result of craving deepening into oneself.

How do You Move out of Confusion, Exhaustion and Purposelessness? by Maru Ocozco

My life has certainly not been traumatic and can even be considered as privileged in terms of what people experience all around me.

However, there was always this sense of not being what I was supposed to be and unable to fit in completely, though I tried repeatedly. I tried giving up what did not match what seemed to please others and I even remember trying to think how another person would do it to choose what I was to say or do.

Of course, it didn’t work, and slowly but firmly depleted all sense of myself and trapped me in frustration and sadness.

The journey back to myself, back ‘home’, has been long and at the same time enthralling and reassuring that I am on the correct path.

Trigger points are always present. Events that throw me off balance pop up frequently, but now I have more tools to bring me back to my truth, to my essence, to being in coherence. Among those tools I have the Templates that constitute the Language of Creation, and the journey writing them has not been straightforward nor smooth. At the beginning, some years ago, I could simply not find what I wanted to ‘Crave’ for.

How could I crave for anything if I had no idea who I was and if I had the right to crave at all?

It was the Observing Templates that showed me the way into a path of Self discovery and Self assurance.

But why?

First of all, the Observing Templates break the spell of looping thoughts, and something ‘different’ comes out of your mind as you reach the final recursion. Sometimes even at the end of the first recursion. Sometimes that change only comes after writing several Observing Templates.

And then, as if from nowhere, something to crave for emerges and the energy from Creation starts flowing again, bathing all cells and igniting the joy of being alive.

And then, Creation craves through you, with you, and the sense of who you are, why you are unique and valuable becomes palpable.

So here I am now, as an Advocate for the Language of Consciousness Institute, and in more recent times, as a therapist and teacher for the Quantum Bioengineering Institute. Activities that let me express my truth, my craving to empower others around me and allow them to shine in whatever way their original design wishes to manifest.

Being in this Season of Gratitude

We have passed the harvest season when our ancestors would have gathered in the crops. They were grateful that they had food until the next spring to feed their families and their communities. As the work of crop tending died down, our ancestors had time to step back and be grateful for all that they had received this year – in crops, in new life in the community, in friendships and family that supported them. This is the season for each of us, today, to be grateful. To be grateful for food, for shelter, for loving friends, for living a life that we stand tall within, that allows us to BE all that we came here to BE. If you wrote an Observing Being about how you BE today, what would you be present to being? What would you open up to being? What would you be? This Observing Template helps us reflect on how we are being in our life. It pulls us out of emotional looping and thought looping. Use it this season to clear your mind, heart and spirit so that you can open up to gratitude.

Once Samhain has passed, our ancestors looked to the darkening colder days and wondered. Will the sun still heat our planet next year? Will we continue to be blest with new food, new human life, supportive community life? So, this season marks the festivals that celebrate not just this harvest of survival and thrival but the coming of light for the new year with promises for another year of being fed by our earth. Diwali is the first to arrive on Thursday Nov 4th. Called the Festival of Lights it includes gatherings of family and friends for shared ritual, shared food and good times together. The children receive gifts and another year is looked forward to. In the US, there is Thanksgiving when families gather from our far-flung outposts to meet and share a feast together. Hannukah, also called a Festival of Light, arrives on Nov 28th this year with a focus on miracle of the lights of the Temple in Jerusalem staying lit for 8 days. This miracle is celebrated with shared ritual, food and gift giving. Gratitude is the theme for all these November festivals.

Winter Solstice arrives on Dec 20th this year. It too focuses on sharing food and celebrations with family and friends. Wiping out the old of the previous year and looking forward in delight to the shortest day ending and to the longer days that will again bring back the sun to help us feed ourselves and our communities. Also known as Soyal in the Hopi Nation, Dong Ahi in China, Inti Rayni in Peru, Yalda Night in Iran and Afganistan, this is probably our oldest festival of light. What light are you calling in for your own life, for your family’s life, for your community’s life, for your nation’s life? We must not waste the precious gifts that we have been given, that all humans were given. How will you BE in this season and in the coming year, so that what you crave in life will be manifested? The Templates of the Language of Creation are a gift that keeps on giving. What do you Crave? What do you Crave being? How would you change the meanings of words so that they were resonant in your inner Self? Craving What…Craving what being? Templates 5,6 and 7 move you in craving in your connection with Creation/God/Goddess. Use them if you crave being in alignment with your Source.

Then there is Christmas presently celebrated on the 25th of December with family and friends gathering to celebrate the day and their own community with gift giving for all, particularly for children with the figure of Santa Claus in the USA. Kwanza follows as the newest festival of gratitude, and it continues the theme of gratitude, community, shared food, gift giving and sustainability for all.

Take a deep breath. That’s it, breathe thru your nose and out your mouth. Keep breathing in a slow natural cycle. Now take out your Observing or Observing being Templates. Write what you are present to…what you are opening up to…what you have. This is a season of Gratitude and therefore it is also a season of reflection. Reflect on what you crave for your life and write a Template on that. Then write an Observing. Are you in an emotional or mental looping? Write an Observing or Observing being Creation Exercise. These templates literally take your hand and support you in having the world, the reality, that you crave to live in and to be in. Give yourself a gift this season and write your Creation Exercises every day. Then on New Year’s Day when you would usually write your New Year’s Resolutions, write your Creation Exercises on Template 7 and start to unpack it for the coming month. Then I ask you to get back with me, with the Advocates of the Language of Consciousness Institute, and let us know how you have changed, how you find yourself becoming what you craved to be. I will be on this same journey with you. I look forward to sharing my journey with you.
