We each have a story, a series of events/circumstances, influenced by our individual and collective (societal/historical) experiences. Story may formulate from a tape that continuously runs in the mental mind, linking thoughts with emotion, or from a habituated shaping of our physical body. The shaping of the physical body produces a mood; creating a link between body and emotion. Shaping may operate on behalf of life or you may recognize an experience as disconnecting from life. 

The Art of Unpacking Soma has been a theme in my storyline for over 40 years. Observing began through the access point of the mental mind; deciphering the world from a place of either/or thinking (good/bad, right/wrong, safe/unsafe). A hypervigilant, external focus led to disengagement with expressing internal emotion and feeling body sensation. I operated from a place of “being at the effect of circumstances”, which for me means surviving the world and navigating relationships. 

As the practices of yoga and tai chi brought me back into relationship with my body, other modalities reconnected me with emotions. Threading my experiences of mind, emotion, body language has opened me up into strength, stamina, capacity for embodying choice. Embodying choice has me have agency for “being with” the dynamic unfolding of life, inviting more.

How do you gain access to authoring a new story?

Exploring our unique communication system and observing our mind, emotion, body languaging informs us of our level of engagement with our living body (Soma). The intelligence of the entire organism (Whole System Response) is a vital lens in which we organically engage with the world. Through the interactive, interrelated, interdependent Soma Communication System, we increase our capacity in the unfolding of how we language an experience.  This informs moving with experience, being in direct relationship with the fullness of life within us and in community with others.

Is your unique relationship with Soma what you have been longing to discover?

Are you pondering the possibility of a new way of operating in your being that gives you a deeper connection to you? 

Are you able to remember a moment when you felt aligned, all aspects of the mind, the emotion and the body interacting in a harmonious way of being?  

How are you unpacking that which no longer serves you? Choosing to explore and awaken into observing and engaging as a somatic being opens us up into living our purpose while experiencing the joy of who and what we came here to be and do.

Coming from an organizing nature, unpacking for me happens in so many different ways. Imagine a suitcase where everything is jumbled and stuffed inside, unable to close and function properly. 

Then, imagine a suitcase where all the contents are organized and have a place.

Now it is time to unpack the suitcase. Do you throw the contents into a disorganized heap only to ‘deal with it’ later? Do you remove the contents in an organized way, returning the contents to their rightful place? Do you take the time to be with the experience, listening to the wisdom of Soma?

Sometimes unpacking is messy and happens all at once and sometimes it is a slow, deliberate process. There is no right or wrong way to do it. You can be in the both/and…you can go into the depths all at once or you may choose to take one baby step at a time. Consciously choosing what, where, and how to unpack supports moving into ‘trueing’ with Life itself.

Trueing Ourselves in Somatic Relationship

For me, the art of unpacking is a dynamic process creating generative movement toward balance.  It is an expansion of either/or thinking into both/and thinking. While sustaining and maintaining life enhancing languaging and fluidity of the entire communication system, soul consciousness is able to operate through form to remember itself.

Capacities Magnify when Collectives’ Actions Unify By Elizabeth Geyer

A field of people gathered in January and February to paint a new canvas of Self!  What has risen as a result?  These phrases below were the ones that popped out from unpacking the first recursion of  Craving what 2023 is for me.  There is so much afoot now, and these phrases are evident in my life, and all over the planet in various forms.  

  •  a flow of congruent language that is excited nourishment
  • finding common grounding of Self with others
  • everything being newly forged 
  •  potency in collective energies 
  •  a lifetimes project of deep longing 
  • poking this curious mind and heart where She has not dared to go before.  
  •  emboldened steps to Being with Creation as explorer
  • honoring the new music of life’s light
  • a matrix unique to each cell, organ, tissue, the All of each of Us
  • increasing the energetic power of each and every-one who is listening for the beauty of these nuances of shift
  • a warm, loving space to BE with one another in this rich, all encompassing field of Being, dreaming, action and joy!

I remember back to the beginning of January when I wasn’t certain at all about unpacking.  I just knew I had to do it!  What evidence has shown itself to further unpack, or what has shown up as a result of unpacking that I can see in my own life?  So much!  There have been many moments of beauty, intensity, unworkability, play, creativity, joy, sadness.

One story that pops up from reading the phrases that have pinged me, is that of the health journey I began in January that I am unpacking.  “Poking this curious mind and heart where She has not dared to go before” is what raised my attention.  I have poked into many places to finally begin to take really good care of my body and how I fuel her and exercise her.  I have not dared to exercise like this in over 20 years!  I have not dared to really look into how much it matters when I prepare meals lovingly.  I have not dared to connect with people around health and have a health journey group before.  So much has been unpacked here because I am unpacking Self this year!  I have not dared to reflect on the stories I tell myself that in the past, sabotaged my journey.  The latest story is how I have to have a half banana and ¼ cup nuts before I work out.  This week I learned that I was afraid, and told a story that said I need these foods.  Nope…not true.  Some days it might be true.  Other days, no.  My body asked me to check in on a workout by workout basis from now on.  Duh!  Oh…this unpacking is such a cool process!

Another phrase that pinged me is “a flow of congruent language that is excited nourishment”.  In The Field of Tantra Maat, there are phrases that we use that I am beginning to hear outside the field.  One phrase is ‘building new neural pathways.’  I wanted to kiss my swim instructor yesterday, because she gave us  exercises to do in the pool that make us feel so geeky, and they exercise the brain in doing them!  I am also hearing other phrases more commonly spoken out in more public spaces.  Some of you, I am certain, have been finding commonalities also.  Isn’t it amazing how unpacking is rippling out in ways we didn’t have a clue that it would?

Are you noticing that when you are with others doing any body of work, that you seem more capable?  This is such a delight!  It is as though the universe just purchased a lot of new mirrors and now we are all reflecting off of each other!  Let us let these thoughts steep, as they fuel the fires of unpacking more deeply! Welcome to 2023!  Happy New Years to you! 

It is a new year, and is a time to be with ourselves to create something new to move into.  I am sitting with two brilliant questions Elektra proposed:

           “How do I come to know mySelf more?

                                 How do I become more of who I came here to be? ”

Have you been pondering such questions?

What response does your body have when reading and hearing the word ‘unpacking?

I have asked mySelf these questions before. This year, I want to try something different by diving more deeply into this inquiry by unpacking a template three, specifically around ‘spiritual maturity.’

Step 1:

I crave to sit with ‘unpacking’.  In the past, I have had  some less than great experiences with the ‘unpacking’ idea in the school system.  I want to move beyond those experiences of ‘unpacking’, thus, I went to the dictionary!

According to Grammarist.com, unpacking is: “To remove things from a box, suitcase or other container. “

Unpacking has also come to mean, “To analyze something, to take apart an idea and examine each detail. This involves a sort of deconstruction.”

I found out this last meaning came into play in the late 1980’s.  Now it is seen as a buzzword in some circles.  So correct!

The mind now wants to move into writing a Template 3:  “Craving what unpacking is for me is.” This way, I can be an observer to see differently.

Before moving into writing this Template, I want to explore the definition a bit further.

Another source, ‘CITE’ gives a definition that intrigues me: “To unburden, as the mind; reveal.”

This definition is the one I wish to explore further!  Focusing my observing lens, I want to explore unpacking the Templates to open ever-deepening layers of the Self to become a more perceptive observer of the many aspects of ourSelves.  I crave to reveal more hidden gems of who I AM in addition to (goddess, treasure,  crone, magician, gnome, grumpy, almost 101 year-old feisty grandma, sha-woman).

Who else might be here within mySelf to bring into the light?

Whom else might there be to reveal within YourSelf?

Step two: 

After  exploring a definition, if  a word pops out for me, writing an acrostic poem sometimes gives me a deeper sense of the intrigue of the word.  In this instance, I was intrigued with the word ‘REVEAL’.  I was able to train my camera lens more deeply here:

Revealing regenerative relevance

Enlightened exceptional epiphanies

Validate vast vibrancies

Eagerly explore ‘earnestnesses’ empathies

Activate adventurous, authentic access

Lighthearted, loyally learning loving leadership

 

What a wealth of in-formation occurred in the language here.

Is there any language that stirs something in you?

For me, I am feeling the beauty of ‘enlightened exceptional epiphanies’.  If we are unpacking something, finding ever deeper and more colorful layers of who We are, the word ‘epiphany’ lights up like a Christmas tree!  What is revealed in the activity is an art…epiphanies are certain to be unearthed!

 Step three…

Now to observe from a different perspective.  What if we began to see, hear, feel and sense that the Template writing practice is an art form?

I am sitting here pondering this.  Hmm, what…if?

My Experience

There is no clench of dread now!  Only excitement!  I can see a young child opening a box to reveal a bright light of magic, a bit like a Norman Rockwell painting.  I can see this in my mind’s eye.

What if unpacking with the templates looked like this? “ Such a sublime activity”, my wise Self says!

I do admit that sometimes writing the Templates becomes something I know I have to do, yet…

…with this new way of observing

…with this new excitement running through my systems,

I am now going to shift my observer to be with the “Art” of writing the templates and try this perspective on this year!  What a great way to begin the year through this beautiful art medium of unpacking.

Stepping to Your Unique Beat of Life by Liz Geyer

Haven’t we all heard this phrase, “They step to the beat of a different drummer”?  Yes, and what have been our thoughts around this phrase when perhaps being described this way?  That because we weren’t one who went with the flow of society, that we were less than?  I have been sitting with being different this past week, and have found a brilliant lesson through the ‘art’ of syncopation in music.

Syncopation is defined as, “ 1 : a temporary displacement of the regular metrical accent in music caused typically by stressing the weak beat. 2 : a syncopated rhythm, passage, or dance step.”  I can certainly apply this definition to humans that seem to look at life and live life differently, mySelf being one of these humans.  I also surround mySelf with unique individuals and steep in the beauty of this offbeat rhythm in life.  Why?  Why would I not want to be in the flow of the river of humanity…like everyone else?  I really had to sit with this, because in some ways, I do let myself be taken down certain passageways with the bulk of humanity, because it has just been easier.  Yet, for the most part, I have lived my entire life as the salmon swimming upstream in a heavy current, and…wanting to be the salmon that had white flesh, instead of red…I wanted to be that different aspect of humanity, to be embraced by others because I was different.  

To be living a life in syncopation is to honor the differences in each of us, from where I “Be” in the world.  Recently, I listened to a favorite jazz musician, Wynton Marsalis speak about syncopation.  I loved what he said!  “Syncopation can distinguish a group and can also characterize a region, with each individual’s way of pushing and pulling the beat being very personal.”  He also eloquently, stated, “Syncopation is the daring application of dexterity, jocularity and timing to challenge the common grid…a common way of doing things…the accepted way.  It is the masterful challenging of convention, the element of surprise that makes a punchline funny.”  Isn’t this how we might look through a lens to see ourselves?  Don’t we challenge the common grid by daring to BE who we came here to be?  Don’t we, as a different sort of human, add color, the offbeat aspects of our personhood, humor and experience to others?  I know we do!  

In the present moment, I see this new learning of being with the offbeat as such a gift, knowing that I may look like I am stepping to a different beat, yet I, with you, bring such beauty in this offbeat kaleidoscope of life! Being the syncopated drummer, adding to the orchestra of life, that one spark of a new color, piece of language, twist of perception that can add flair and new insight to being human is really fun!.  This perception gives me passion in looking at what we as humans are now creating that adds such deeper meaning to living.  I am excited to be looking through my kaleidoscope with its complex rhythms and colors.  What about you?  What sparks you in the spectrum of difference you carry to others?  What is your rhythm that is unique?  You are essential in this orchestra of life that we are.  Your rhythm SO matters!  I am so happy you chose to be here in this time of life where we all are beginning to remember how much we as humanity matter to the whole of existence. Stepping Out of Your NOW and into Your Future by Elektra Porzel

What happens in your body when you read the title of this article?

Stomach clenching?

Bile rising in your throat?

Excitement rising?

Eyes brightening with anticipation?

For many of us, the thought that we could design our life is a bit scary.

How could we possibly know what the right choices are?

After all, our entire lives others have told us what we should do, must do to survive and thrive in this lifetime.  We have listened to them.  We also have followed patterns of behavior that at one time felt ‘right’ for us,

Sometimes we followed the advice of the others.  Sometimes we did walk our own path but then found that that path no longer fit what we wanted out of life.  Seem familiar?  

With those thoughts in mind, the team at the Institute started to be interested in how people learn and how their needs in learning now might be different than the traditional ways that we were taught in school as youngsters.

So we started a search for new ways of learning.  New ways to support people in learning how to use the Templates.  We wanted to figure out not a teaching method, but a learning method, that would support people in using the the Templates of the Language of Creation as a tool for becoming all that they craved to be.

We looked at the idea of flipped curriculum where the reading and viewing of information is done by the student in their own paced learning.  We thought about how movement of the body helps us to be present to our sentience more easily,

Then we settled on a title for a new program that combined both of the above, flipped curriculum and a focus on sentience.  It’s name…Designing Your Life.  I discovered that I couldn’t talk about shifting how others learn to design their lives differently without the same questioning going on in my system.  I began to be aware that something was shifting in how I experienced my own life.  In my life, I couldn’t help become more aware that something was missing for me.  

You might be asking, why would I share this? Aren’t I supposed to touting how wonderful my life is because I use the Templates?

I suppose that you are correct.  If I was writing a standard marketing piece, I would only talk about how fabulous my life is…all due to writing the Templates.

Yeah, I could have done that.  Instead I chose to be honest with you.

Just like me, you may have been unconscious to the fact that how you live your life is not how you would like to live your life.  There is not the levels of joy, or excitement or peace that you would love to have.

I have started on my own journey to shift my patterns of living by paying attention to my sentient awareness.  I hope that you do too!   So that we all can live our lives as the unique and essential gifts that we are to this planet and to humanity,

Let your body and mind talk to you.

Let your body and mind niggle at you as you contemplate the idea of having more of the life that you crave.

Let the yearning in,

Let the wondering in,

Then take the next step…and

Your Body as the Language of Creation by Elektra Porzel

Your body is the vehicle through which your Spirit experiences the world. It provides you with the sentient experience of matter while your Spirit enlivens your experience with memories of your original design and of the reality that you crave.

You are the actor upon the stage experiencing the world from your own perspective through the sensory capacities of your body, through the lens of your culture’s indoctrination while your Spirit reminds you that once there was a paradise that existed here and urges you forward to call it in.

From William Shakespeare’s view, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players”.  What is the play that we are acting in?  …life as matter enlivened by Spirit in search of paradise.

How do I experience my body as the language of Creation?

Through your sentient awareness which springs from your body as sensations, as energies moving through you, as words popping into your head, as a drawing of your attention to something to pay attention to.  It is experienced as

Your joy at hearing the sound of a baby’s laughter

Your delight in the sparkle of sunlight on the water’s surface

Your sudden inward breath at being present with the colors of sunset or dawn

Your tenderness when holding the hand of a beloved

The familiar smell bringing back memories of long ago

The feeling of being part of the group that you are with

Your sense of settling into the solitude of quiet

How do I listen to the language of creation?

With your five senses and your internal listening to

your heart’s longing for a world that you have not experienced in this lifetime

your inner questioning of what is resonant for you

your sensing of energies moving thru you

words and phrases that pop into our heads and feel life-enhancing to you

your inner voices telling you what is ok or not ok                                                                  

What part of my body is talking when I listen internally?

Every cell and organ in your body as they stand 24/7 for your thrival in this world.

Your Enteric Nervous system also known as your Gut Brain, your solar plexus

Your glial cells which store your memories, your hopes, your dreams and connect them all together via neural networks in your head-brain and your gut brain.

Your embryonic cells which remember your original design of whom you came here to be, to do and to have.

How have humans languaged this language of creation within us and in the world?

Through the noticing of consistent patterns in the structure of life forms here that are called geometric forms, the Fibonacci spiral, the golden mean

Through the study of systems within the human body that act in                                                                                                                                       harmony and balance with other organs and cells

Through the application of these organ and system’s relationship knowings in creating spiritual and healing modalities such as the Taoist practices, the Ayurvedic healing practices.

Through the investigation and application of the healing powers of herbs, gemstones, different sound vibrations.

How are these all different or same as the Language of Creation presented in the book, Language of Creation, by Tantra Maat?

Same as in the structure of the Templates being the same as the golden mean, the Fibonacci spiral

Same as in direct correlation with the Solfeggio tones

Same as the body’s sentient awareness informing us

Different in that we use language and sentience to create phrases that are life-enhancing and life-generating

Why the emphasis of sentient awareness in writing the Observing and Craving Templates?

Because sentient intelligence is your Flesh and your Spirit’s communication system with the conscious you.  Your sense of Self is a combination of your historic experience and your determination to create the life that you crave.  Your Spirit and your Flesh remind you of your original design and of the life that you came here to live in the reality that you crave to be here.

For millennia, humans have searched for a return of paradise through how they BE in the world.  We are in that same search.  Many thousands of years ago, a king names Hermes developed the Hermetic Law of Resonance.

“If you change your resonance, if your predominant thoughts change in vibration, if you have more and more confident, positive and optimistic thoughts, if you are able to abandon yourself to the Divine Plan, because everything makes sense, then opening yourself to what is beautiful, elevated, harmonious will become your new reality, attracting it more and more in your daily life, Think without conditioning, Think the best and the best will come true.”   The  Book of Medit-action Vol1; sources Giodano Bruno, the Seal of Seals and Paola Scarpi, The secret revelation of the Hermes Trismegistus.

How do I change my resonance and attract more of what is positive and optimistic into my life?

By writing your Creation Exercises regularly.

By paying attention to the wisdom that arises in your phrasings in your Craving and Observing Creation Exercises.

By noting what are you present to…opened up to.

By paying attention to what you crave, create, sustain and maintain, and embody.

Those phrases come from within your own Flesh and Spirt, the matter and energies which are YOU.  No one else.  You are Creation’s hand upon the earth seeking a return of the original design of this planet and its Beings.  Be that and you will change your resonance and experience life as you craved it to be.

You build an awareness of Self beyond your historic personality and habits and beliefs.  You become the unity of Spirit and Flesh, Matter and Energy, Biochemical and Alchemical.

You move in the spiral of the Fibonacci spiral experiencing larger and larger fields of knowing.  You hold those fields in their higher vibrations of a life-sustaining reality that calls in the etheric forms that once existed in paradise on earth.

Love yourself as YOU.  BE that YOU everyday day as much as you can as you are in this reality and not ‘of’ this reality.

Design Your Life Through the Templates of the Language of Consciousness

We all have dreams of how we want to be in our life; of what we want to do, and of what we want to have in our lives.  For all of our lives, we have been given a lot of advice from family, friends, our community and social media about how we ‘should’ be in the world, what we should do and what we should have.  This ‘advice’ often doesn’t really align with our inner sense of whom we came here to be or to do.

We end up frustrated that we aren’t doing or being as we think we should.  Or we feel we aren’t being the person that we feel inside.  This happens when we first leave high school or college and must choose a career.  It happens later in our 30s or 40s when we ask ‘is this all there is?’

What intelligence are you listening to that tells you that your life is not working as it ‘should”?  Admittedly it could be your historic mind repeating all the ‘shoulds’ that you heard as you grew up.  That intelligence could also be your own inner voice that tells you that the work that you are doing just isn’t what you really want to be doing.  Or you find that you are searching for an inner spiritual journey that isn’t present in your life.  That intelligence is what we call our sentient intelligence.  It is your body and spirit speaking through some kind of physical or emotional sensation or experience.  Such as butterflies in your stomach, energies running through you, a gut sense that something is wrong or a gut sense that this ‘thing’ is mine to do, and much more.

When I was in my 30’s I got that gut sense that there was more to life and for me.  It directed my attention to spiritual paths…meditation, chi kung, Native American spirituality and more.  Each of these searches ended up giving me a piece of the puzzle of what I was searching for, but nothing was fully ‘it’.

In my 60’s I discovered Tantra Maat and the Templates of the Language of Creation.  I realized that she had access to something that I didn’t have access to.  When I learned to write the Templates, I discovered a clear path to accessing my deepest wisdom and manifesting the life that I craved.

The Templates of the Language of Creation consist of 9 Templates that lead us through 7 levels of consciousness.  Each Template is constructed to help us access our deepest wisdom and thus clearly access our connection to our Spirit and to our Source, Creation, God, Goddess. Their structure requires that we write what is life-enhancing, life-generating for us and thus we end up describing our craved future in a specificity that we wouldn’t have otherwise. They expand our glial-neural networks in our brains which gives us more opportunities to choose our responses to life. We give ourselves choice about how we be with ourselves and others, what we do in our life and ultimately what we have.

A critical piece of life is to be able to become the Observer.  It is in the role of the Observer that we shift our perspective about a situation, we discover new possibilities and thus can act differently creating new outcomes in our life.  The Observing and Observing Templates give us this new perspective.  Used with a Craving exercise, they act as a GPS for us as we claim both our craved future and our present circumstances. Our Creation Exercise support us in creating lives that are life-enhancing and life-generating.

The Advocates of the Language of Consciousness Institute have been looking at how to best support others in learning to write and use the Templates in their lives.  We realized that this Sentient Intelligence was the key to each person recognizing their own unique communication with their Spirt and their body.  It is thru paying attention to your Sentient Intelligence that you come to a deep understanding of how your Body and Spirit are on your side, helping you claim what is your unique and essential gifts to the world.

The Advocates have created a new learning program called Designing Your Life: Artfully Engaging your Sentience through the Templates of the Language of Consciousness.  This 7 session program runs from Oct 25th thru Jan 17th.  There is self-guided learning between session offering participants access to traditional learning materials such as articles and videos.  This program starts with exploring the Observing and Observing Templates and our sentient awareness.  In sessions 3-7. it goes on to explore the first 4 Craving Templates: Craving, Craving being, Craving What and Craving What being.  In each session, participants will explore movement, sentient awareness, discovery, discussion, and the power of working together in a field.  It promises to be a powerful personal Journey for everyone.

Who are We in the Matter?

A question that I have been asking my whole life has been ‘Why am I here?’  ‘What is my purpose on this planet?’  Liz Geyer reminded me of this question in her latest FB post on our LOC Institute Facebook page.  One of her answers is to come to life as a beginner.  We never truly know how our unique and essential Self will show up and how it fits into the unfolding of the reality of unity now coming into this planet.

In my teens, I asked the question in angst…what is the purpose of this life?  In my 30’s, I asked it as a seeking to find out my placement in the more of what seemed to be in the etheric fabric of this world…not yet visible but tangible none the less.  I studied with Brook Medicine Eagle to learn her knowings of native American cosmology and our western world.  She always said she was a bridge between the two.  And she was for me.  I worked under Tom Crum in his work with the art of Aikido and conflict management.  This work based on ‘render the attack harmless while doing no harm to the attacker’ grounded me in that philosophy and how the dynamic of aikido worked in life’s and business’s conflicts.  I studied Healing Tao Chi Kung and used their basic meditations to connect to the energies of the heavens and the earth.  Thirty years later I still use a variety of what I learned there to bring my body and its organs back in balance.  I was part of the Unitarian Universalist Church for over 20 years and the ministers in my home church in Burke VA gave me an appreciation of the breadth and depth of the spiritual search of humanity over the centuries.  The familial context of that congregation held me and my children as they and I grew over time into more of whom we came here to be.

I worked in those years as the Director of a day care center; as a training manager in an early childhood association and then in the training offices of several associations and then in a hospital system.  I learned about service to others, about supporting others in their search to be of service and about good intentions not always resulting in good actions.  By my 60s I was deep into being a healer supporting others in their healing whether that be through massage, cranial sacral therapy, sounding, or the use of Chi Nei Tsang.  Still I was searching for something that I did not have access to.  I couldn’t put my finger on it, AND I knew that ‘something’ was missing.

I became aware of Tantra Maat in my mid-60s first through her book, An Irish Tale of  a Modern Mystic, and then thru her monthly calls.  My inner guidance said that this woman had access to something that I wanted access to.  For the last ten years, I have been a student, a practitioner, and a team member in her field,  In 2016 I took on the expansion of my field by holding the Language of Consciousness Institute in my field.  With the assistance of Tantra and our first team of 4 teachers, we created a new teaching program for helping others learn how to write four of the 9 Templates of the Language of Creation.  That program taught participants not just how to write those Templates but more so the larger fields within which those Templates resided.

Now in 2022 I still hold the LOC Institute in my field and am working with a new team to design a Learning Program that will guide new participants through not just a learning how to write all 9 Templates but more so to learn to listen within to their body’s and their Spirit’s communication with them  So, like Liz, I have come back to the question of my teen years, of my 30s and with a whole new comprehension of all that those questions can lead me to.

I now have a deep knowing of my connections to Creation, to my larger Spirit, and to those powers and forces in the Universe who have my back.  I no longer have to have a definitive plan to follow…instead I listen, I perceive, I give guidance to my etheric support team through the writing of my Creation Exercises and I take the  next step.  The next step feels solid and grounded.  The ultimate end of this path is still an unknown to me.  And that ‘unknown’ state feels so right.  So much is happening on this planet at this time.  Those forces which want us to be separated from each other and from nature are in their desperation to keep humanity under their control.  They are losing control as people like me, like Liz, like Tantra and the men and women in the Field of Tantra Maat open up to all that is occurring that is life-enhancing and life-generating on this earth.  There are others who are paying attention to these etheric patterns that coming back into this earth and it is this internal listening that is guiding us all into the next step, the next recursion of our return to humanity’s original design.

Do I now know why I am here?  Yes in part…to enjoy this planet…to love my family and my friends…to care for this planet and other beings that inhabit it…to engage in life…and to listen internally and take the next step.  What my next steps are is an unknown to me and that seems right.  All the doing of my life occurs in next steps and not in a task orientated checklist which I was taught as how to approach life.

Cleaning supplies

Go Slow to Go Fast by Liz Geyer

Ahh…memories!  I remember back into the late 1980’s when I was team teaching with another brilliant teacher, also named Liz.  One of our mottos with our third graders was “Go slow to go fast”.  When our students wanted to rush through their work, we would point to this motto on the wall, and it was enough said.  This theme has been prevalent in my teaching philosophy, which maddened my supervisors at times.  They all admitted this was best practice, and then the “but…” came down.  This way of being has come back into my line of sight and way of being time and time again.  Now…it is directly in my face!  From billboards flashing the language to relax and take life easy, to consistency in readings I have completed for myself, to those in my spiritual circle…to my dear friends and community, the message is the same.  SLOW DOWN!

Slowing down is teaching me some beautiful lessons.  One, is that I have begun paying attention to my hands, and to my ability to smell.  What you ask?  Well, I learned this slowing down lesson as I was cleaning the house last week.  I noticed how my hands were moving down the stair bannister, as the wood almond scent wafted up into my nostrils.  My whole body was filled with sensory pleasure.  Ooh…it was so cool!  The top bannister is painted white, and I observed some brown streaks due to many hands using the bannister and many paws as well!  Observing the paint brighten as my hands moved the cloth was a new thing.  I slowed down.  Simple as that.  Then, using the lemon floor cleaner a bit later, I was again gifted with a clean scent, observing the mop and my feet when using the cloth on the stair landings.  I immediately went into “Wax on, wax off” mode.  It was so much fun!  As I was engaged in this cleaning activity, these observations, when slowing down, allowed me to experience pleasure, as opposed to the mood of resentment I had experienced in my last cleaning session two weeks prior.  I will say that this session was prefaced by choosing a different way to observe and be with the act of cleaning.  And it worked!  Slowing down allowed me to enjoy the sensory acts of cleaning, as well as the mulit-sensory aspects of being human.  At the end of the session, I was rewarded with the gift of extra time because I slowed down, the flow was there, which allowed the cleaning to happen effortlessly, which led to more time to play afterwards.

Wow…I was gifted time because I slowly and methodically and mindfully engaged in this practice.  Hmmm…now I have a new way of being! I will take this new flow of pleasure into cleaning from now on.  Will there be times when I just want to get it done?  Yes, certainly.  Yet, I am also finding this new flow is rippling out into other activities, like cooking.  There is no longer a clock watching in this mix.  And…there is a new respect…an honoring of whom and/or what I am taking care of in the process.  It feels really good to slow down to honor that which I am with in any given moment.  Right now, I am being with my computer, creating language, with a relaxed and open body posture…enjoying the language type itself from my entire being, listening to music, sipping on my shake, which is nourishing my body, and the music soothing my soul.  Ahh…slowing down is such a huge deal.  Dancing through life with a slower pace of being does help me to go faster…yet time is moving faster, and I can now BE slower in its spiraling to the next greater wholes.

I leave you all with a couple of  questions.  Where in your life are you willing to observe an activity differently?  Where are you willing to experiment with slowing down an activity for the sake of the enjoyment of it- pure and simple?

What is Generation?

 – relating to or capable of production or reproduction.

“the female reproductive system and its generative cycles”

– having the power or function of generating, originating, producing, or reproducing.

What is it to regenerate our Self…our Original Design?

In the LOC Institute, when we use the upper-case ‘S’ in the word Self, we are referring an inclusionary field that holds both the historic personality ‘self’ and our larger Spirit embodied. We also call this field, our MetaSelf. As our MetaSelf, the dominant vibration is that of the individual’s Spirit.  This vibration in the embodiment is moving the human back into its original design of its body and its Spirit. The Original Design of humanity includes our body in an expanded strength, stamina, and capacity to BE whom we came here to be. In this process of becoming our MetaSelf, we stand in this higher frequency of our Spirit embodied, and our cells vibrate such that the sludge of the reality of separation moves out of our cells, our tissues, our organs, our bones. This cellular cleansing even occurs down to our cell’s electrons and quarks. In this cleansing and the cellular return to its original design, the body can return to the original functions of its design. And our Spirit can inhabit our body so that we live what we came here to Be, Do and Have.

Regeneration definitions

Regeneration is a common function in the biological world:  ‘the natural process of replacing or restoring damaged or missing cells, tissues, organs and even entire body parts to the full function in plants and animals.’

Since it is accepted fact that the body knows about regeneration of its biological components, we can assume that this biological regeneration process that is stimulated by the higher frequencies of our Spirit, our MetaSelf, is initiated to make all cells, from the quark on up to organs, brains, and bones, capable of operating effectively within the higher frequencies of our original design.

From the theological view, there is this definition from 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 Peter 1:23 that describes this regeneration of our Spirit embodied. (I have modified its language) “the impartation of divine life which is manifested in that radical change in the moral character of the human into love of God/Goddess/Creation/Great Spirit and a life of righteousness/godliness/principled/reverence”

Thus, our Spirit regeneration has been experienced before in our human history. Our Spirit and are bodies can return to their original design.

How do we experience this regeneration of our original design and our MetaSelf?

First you must be curious, paying attention to how you are being in the world.  You may use any number of modalities to regularly listen to your body, your emotions, and your languaging so that you can shift out of historic reactions to make choice in how you act with others. This listening and paying attention will shift your viewpoint to that of the Observer. Thus, you can change your actions and your responses and the results that you experience in the world. You become able to behave differently in the world. Your changed behaviors change the results you achieve in relationships to yourself, to others and to your Source.

In the Language of Consciousness Institute, we utilize the Templates of the Language of Creation to become familiar with our biological registers for resonance, for life-enhancing and life-generating language. We become the Observer and the Craver. We write our Cravings into direct communication with our Spirit and with Creation. The regular writing of our Creation Exercises sets us into a continuous realignment with our Spirit’s purpose for our life in this lifetime. We share with others our ahas, our challenges and our joys from working with the Templates. We are connected and interconnected in a matrix of connection with all life on earth and with the greater forces of the universe visible and invisible. Eventually some individuals have become fully aligned with their Spirit and with Creation. It is in this alignment that we experience the resonance of our Spirit embodied.

The reality that we crave has many complexities for each of us and is always vibrating within a reality of unity. That reality of unity is a field of higher dimensions that holds all that exists visible and invisible. As we inhabit this embodiment of our Spirit, the regeneration of our bodies begins. In talking with individuals who have experienced the higher resonance of their MetaSelf, they described the experience as: a higher vibration of the body and the field around it; of a sense of ‘this is right’, ‘I am held’ and the sense that these larger forces ‘have my back.’  A calmness and surety are also present.   They also experienced physical symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, symptoms of dis-ease such as coughing, colds, headaches etc. as the cells of their body are cleansed. The cleansing of the physical body can take many variations and will occur for each of us if we want to stand in our original design. In the resultant state, we are more capable of being whom we came here to be, what we came to do and what we would come to have.

How to be with another in the field of a Generative Force like Creation?

We cannot do this alone. You must be part of a larger field in order to become your MetaSelf. Energetically it takes a generative matrix to hold you while you do your individual work. Yes, you will be observing your own actions, reactions. You will be choosing different behaviors as you become more aware of whom you deeply want to be in the world. Yes, you will be writing your own Creation Exercises. To be with others in the field can be accomplished by joining and being active in a larger field of individuals that are active in the same kind of search. The Language of Consciousness Institute’s community and the Field of Tantra Maat are two such groups that would support you as you engage in becoming whom you came here to be.

Proposal

We are moving beyond old norms and behaviors as we seek to BE whom we came here to be. This is true for individuals and organizations. Below is our take on the culture that we hope to create thru the Language of Consciousness Institute.

The LOC Institute and its community form a generative foundation which provides a field within which the intrinsic power of humans in alignment with the Creation and their larger Spirit work together to generate, originate, produce, and develop a culture based in a reality of unity where diversity and complexity are both necessary and intrinsic to the continuous evolution of the culture and its people; where the unique and essential capabilities and capacities of each human are respected and supported in all functions within that resulting culture; where the people exist in community each in alignment with their own resonant nature and with the larger field within which they exist.  That culture consists of customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements which embody a generative consistency in how its people act, think, evolve and work together.  A generative matrix is thus formed that holds the weavings of the complex and diverse forms that arise in this generative culture.
