Course Booking

  • How do I pay for courses?

Full payment is made via the website, through either credit card, debit card or Paypal.  Payment plans are available.

  • Is there an easy payment option?

There is an option for easy payment, please contact us.

  • How do I cancel my enrollment? Will I get a refund?

Tuition is fully refundable if we receive written notification (via mail or email) of cancellation on or before 7 business days prior to the course.

If you cancel less than 7 business days prior to the course, we will refund 75% of the course tuition fee. If you fail to show up to the course without providing prior written notice, you will be charged for the full tuition. You may send a substitute in your place to avoid a fee.

If a training course cannot take place as scheduled, you will receive a full refund for course fees that you have already paid.

Course Delivery

  • How are courses delivered?

Each course is a fully interactive, live, online training program. We mostly use Zoom (a cloud conferencing platform) to deliver the course. Zoom is a simple to use, but highly functional platform, which uses less bandwidth than similar systems.

  • Are courses available in my language?

We presently offer the course in English. Our Guidebooks are available in both Spanish and English.  We have plans to develop courses and materials in Spanish and other languages. For updates about upcoming translations and other news, please subscribe to our newsletter.

  • Can I contact you for assistance?

Yes, if you experience any difficulties, you can contact the Team for assistance.
