We, as a people and as individuals, do think about the world that we would like to live in and we might even spend a little bit of time imagining it. Mostly we imagine briefly because we believe that this reality is all there is. We have lived in this reality since our birth. We have learned to survive in it, and some might have even thrived here. Yet it does not give us hope for a better life for our societies. Our society does not have our back. We are not supported in our yearnings and our cravings for a world where all humans are nurtured as their unique and essential aspect. We find anger against something or sadness about something easier to feel and act within then we do in hoping for the kind of world we want. We have so little hope that we do not think about designing this world that we crave. I believe that we can and should design the world that we crave.
Here’s an idea! What if every time you felt sorrow about an event or an interaction, or if the feelings of sadness or anger or irritation come up, what if instead of being in those feelings, you just let them be – not pushing them down, not fostering them, just let them be AND then start a both/and experience. While you observe those feelings of anger, sadness, despair, open a door in your mind and heart to craving the world that you want. Imagine it a bit until you are fascinated with what it would feel like to be in a world that you crave. I really think that this could work. We create the realities that we are in – well, at least, we create the ways that we choose to respond. So this game of dreaming the future while you grieve the present is a game of what you want to be dominate in your life, the dream or the reality of now? It won’t make you woo-woo or out of touch with this reality. This dream/reality game will give you other possibilities for your life. Instead of lashing out at those who have done something disgraceful or wrong or negligent, allow that lashing out to ease out of your body and let those feelings/imaginings of new life-enhancing emotions, of new realities come in and dominate your thoughts.
I have found that this process of designing the world that I want to live in is a fascinating one. I use the Creation Exercises developed by Tantra Maat as one of my core practices in this process. Her creation exercises hold the form of the Golden Mean which is the basic pattern of all that grows and lives on this planet. So, instead of free form imagining, why not follow a template that mimics the same process that is used in all that is created on earth. The effectiveness of these creation exercises is dependent on two things – one that you follow their form and two that you write only life-enhancing, life-generating phrases. So what is it that you crave? is it to feel healthy because you are in physical pain? Then write what you want to be your reality…Craving moving with ease and grace. Do not write Craving feeling no pain. The latter does not give you tangible sense of the life that you want to have, while the former does.
Tangibility, what does that mean to you? For me it now means having a strong solid knowing thru my Sentient Intelligence. So I might feel energies in my solar plexus, i might feel expansions in my core or heart area, I might feel emotions like happiness, contentment, excitement. I might even have words arise that were not planned and feel resonant to me. I rely on these sensations and sensitivities, to inform me of what is life-enhancing for me, so when I write a creation exercise, I have strong clues to inform me if I am writing a future that will support and nurture me.
For me, these dreams, these cravings are for myself and for humanity. Our world would be a much more enjoyable place to live in if others were happy and cared for too! Let your dreams encompass more people and worlds than you presently know about. Our imaginations want space to grow and to help us inhabit a better place for us and all humanity. It all starts with each of us giving more time to imagining the world that we crave to live in. It starts with writing what we crave and listening internally to our sentient intelligence to get feedback from our full system of body and Spirit.
There are two parts of any Creation Exercises, one is the Craving side and the other is the Observing side. I have to say that the Observing side lets me write all that anger, frustration, sadness, that I am experiencing. It feels really good to be able to spit out all that gets me down. In teaching others about the creation exercises, we used to call the Observing exercises like giving your present location to your GPS. First we say where we want to be in the Craving exercise and then we say where we are in the present moment in the Observing exercise. It’s critical to acknowledge where you are as you aim for your desired future. I believe that we have guides/helpers who listen to us and our cravings. Creation/God/Goddess/Great Spirit needs the specifics of what we crave and they need to know specifically where we are now, just like GPS does.
We all want a better world for ourselves, our families and all other humans and beings on this planet. Let’s start actively imagining that world of unity where all life in honored and respected.

Over the years, I have looked at different products created to help our brain work better. Some are online puzzles or games; others use light, sound, hypnotic messages; others just encourage actively using your brain more. What parts of the brain are these efforts trying to impact? Why do we end up paying big money for some of these systems? What can individuals on limited income do to support keeping their brains healthy and strong?
All of these tools and systems have at their base the concept of the neuroplasticity of the brain. In the past 20-30 years, the fact of neuroplasticity has been established based on research into the glia cells in the brain and the brain’s capability to adapt, modify and shift how and what it uses brain cells for. The simple fact is that the brain is the most malleable and modifiable organ in the human body.
In the 1900s, our view of the brain was that it was unchanging. The brain had been mapped and areas of the brains used for different functions were thought to be reserved only for one function. If you had any limitation of the brain from birth, disease, injury or stroke, there was nothing to be done. The brain could not be changed. Remember the old phrase, ‘we use only 10% of our brain’? Well, luckily, there were individuals who sensed that there was more to that 90% then just support. In the last 20-30 years, the research of that other 90% of the brain opened our understanding of how that 90% is the part of the brain that creates thought, creativity, imagination and creates solutions unique to us. The cells of the brain that are the 90% of the brain are a type of glia cells called astrocytes.
Suggestions for keeping your astrocytes active and healthy are simple activities like knitting, cross word puzzles, learning something new and keeping physically active. Any of us can do these. The brain also thrives when we give it time to relax and rest, so those meditative moments, those walks in nature, just listening to music and a good night’s sleep away from our tv’s, computers and other devices, all give the brain the quiet time it needs to put today’s experience into long-term memory; to create solutions that are unique for us; to clean up cellular debris in the brain. If you have brain damage from an injury or stroke, there are resources available to help your brain find other areas of the brain to take over those functions that were impacted. There is still so much research needed to figure out the role that astrocytes play in Dementia, in Alzheimer’s, in Parkinson’s and in ALS or better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, all of which have common areas of deterioration of the brain tissue and thus our mental capacities and physical movements.
There is so much more than just keeping your brain as healthy and active as it has been. Unless you have deliberately sought learning new things or comprehending different perspectives, your brain pretty much gives you thoughts that others put into your brain from childhood. Most of what you think are not your thoughts. Most of what you believe about your future does not have to be your future. You don’t need to live your life according to what society has scripted for you in your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond.
I would like to introduce you to another tool that you can use to not just keep your brain healthy but to also increase your creativity, your imagination, your problem-solving capabilities and help you have the life that you have craved. These tools are the Creation Exercises developed by Tantra Maat in the early 2000s and first presented in her book, ‘The Language of Creation’. The Creation Exercises were built on the process that Creation uses to create new life on earth – the golden mean. They support us in creating new astrocytic networks in our brains that can come to dominate our perceptions of the world and thus make it possible for us to live the life that we have craved. This is the huge difference between these exercises and those suggested in the previous paragraphs. Anyone who writes the Creation Exercises regularly gets a healthier brain, new perspectives on life and new capabilities of living the life that they have craved. Regularly runs the gamut from daily writing to several times a week. The impact of the creation exercises in our lives is linked directly to how often we write them.
Within the Language of Creation, there are 7 Craving Templates and 2 Observing templates. For every Craving creation exercise we write, there must be an observing exercise written simply because, like the Taoist symbol, there is always two sides to life – where we want to go and where we are right now. Our brain and our God/Creation can’t help us on this journey from here to there if we don’t acknowledge and get out of the grip of ‘where we are’. The Observing exercises do that for us. The craving exercises help us discover the deeper reasons behind our surface cravings. It’s not based on rational thought but a seeking of the resonant networks and threads inside our brain and our body that are connected to that conscious craving. Under that conscious craving are the drivers of our existence, the wisdom of our deeper self that, when surfaced, gives us a much wider field within which the initial craving can be viewed and manifested. By the end of one craving exercise, we have created 10 new astrocytic networks in our brain, that are all connected to one conscious craving. Can you imagine how different the networks in our brains would be if you wrote a new creation exercise daily? Those old familiar networks that we experience as automatic reactions in thought, language or deed would no longer be so powerful. Options would exist for doing and being that which is more resonant with our deepest selves, our deepest longing for how we want to live in the world.
As I said previously, the Creation Exercises were developed according to the golden mean. The Language of Creation templates hold the golden mean of the process of creation so that you actually are in the process of creating something new when you write a creation exercise, just as a seed holds the essence of a flower and when given the right water and sun, opens to create a flower. Your essence is awaiting to open to whom you came here to be, to how you want to live your life, to how you want to gift your gifts to the world. The unique and powerful gift of the templates is that they are the structure within which you create your life. They don’t have pre-scripted solutions or steps for you to take. You are a unique and essential Being in this world and these templates are a way for you to make that more dominant as an experience in your life. Some of you have been doing the Creation Exercises for years. Some of you have never written one. My invitation to all of you is to start writing your creation exercises regularly, so that you can BE whom you came here to BE. This earthly life is precious and so much wonder awaits us as we open to all we can be, do and have.

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” -Walt Disney
Walt Disney was a man before his time. He was forever stepping way out in front, down new paths of curiosity to create magic. He was a visionary, and such an amazing imaginer! Our curiosity in these times can take us down some amazing new paths, if we just let our imaginations open us up into what could be.
Have you noticed that during this quiet time in winter, you have the wish to burrow in and just be still? I know I do! Yet, there are so many pathways to explore, and opening myself up to these pathways as I write the Creation Exercises is a beautiful way to spend a winter’s eve…or morning. By craving our curiosity and innocence, we are opening up new pathways to possibilities that aren’t even in the scope of our imagination right now. I know that I have to keep reminding myself of my words to practice what I speak here. I have to push myself to move in the direction of craving my own curiosity because sometimes this lifetime gets in the way of my innocent ‘explorer’ natures.
What if? What if we just played a bit? I realized yesterday that I have been taking myself and life way too seriously lately. I see that I had my head down with my shoulder to the grindstone, pushing hard. I saw myself in a box with just a small peephole. So…observing this, in this blog, let’s play! I am going to write a recursion to crave curiosity in this blog and see what happens. I will report my findings after I write the exercise. Here goes:
C1: Craving innocence and curiosity creates a bridge to find the rainbow. Creating a bridge to find the rainbow sustains and maintains colorful pathways leading to brand new flavors of life. Sustaining and maintaining colorful pathways leading to brand new flavors of life embodies new scents, sensations, and delicious recipes for art.
C2: Craving innocence and curiosity creates flowers, birds and trees never before seen. Creating flowers, birds and trees never before seen sustains and maintains a rich landscape of colorful forests where everything there is edible. Sustaining and maintaining a rich landscape of colorful forests where everything is edible embodies a beautiful, self-sustaining space to sit and dream in.
C3: Craving innocence and curiosity creates music coming from spheres in the sky and reverberating throughout the land. Creating music coming from spheres in the sky and reverberating throughout the land sustains and maintains all plants and animals singing along, growing brightly and all friendly and wanting to play with anyone who comes near them. Sustaining and maintaining all plants and animals singing along, growing brightly and all friendly and wanting to play with anyone who comes near them embodies a high vibratory environment pulsing with new excitement and life.
CC: Craving new scents, sensations, and delicious recipes for art creates a beautiful, self-sustaining space to sit and dream in. Creating a beautiful,self-sustaining space to sit and dream in sustains and maintains a high vibratory environment pulsing with new excitement and life. Sustaining and maintaining a high vibratory environment pulsing with new excitement and life embodies a brand new environment where we can sit and be with life, nourished fully.
Wow…that was fun! I will say it was difficult at first…I had to really trick my brain into playing. But my being definitely feels lighter for a number of reasons. One, I gave myself permission to play and to freely express myself, and that felt good. Two, I gave myself permission to slog through the ‘stuff’ that seemed to have piled up in my brain, and as the exercise continued, I felt a flow coming back. Sometimes writing these exercises feels like it is so dense to wade through all of the language in our heads! But look, now, I am somewhat cleared for the next curiosity to unfold.
Writing a simple craving on curiosity now gives my being a new wish to explore further. Who knows what may happen now? When I focus on this aspect of life, moving forward and having what there is to have is possible and leads me to where I wish to go next.
So snuggle into winter and play a little…we all need it! Blessings to you all!

For many of us, the holidays seem unbalanced between stressor anxiety and the many joys of the season. If you are experienced in writing the templates, you already know there is a lot these writing practices can offer. If you are new or relatively new to writing these templates, then this blog may help you see the difference they can make in navigating the holidays.
As described in other blogs I wrote describing how these templates work, I showed how the energy of the word ‘craving’ links youdirectly with the energy of creation. The word ‘craving’ carries the energy of every living thing as it moves from its imaginal, embryonic state to fulfillment of its design. For your cravings, first what’s implicit in using the word is a level of value or importance to what you are calling in. Then there is an implicit linkage of what you are calling in to the life force energy of Creation rather than to an objectified connection to what you crave.
Then, by filling in the blanks following creates, sustains and maintains, and embodies with resonant words or phrases, you’re putting your system into a degree of relaxation because you are drawing from resonant energies, which, like mindfulness practices, reduce stress in the moment and promote relaxation, which has direct physical results. Also, when stress/anxiety is higher, then emotions and the chance of survival quality tensions are present, and the ability to think clearly, putthings into words/express yourself clearly, or access solutions and strengths is minimized. The meme “When emotions are up, intelligence is down” applies here. Next, using resonant words/phrases makes us have to imagine alternative outcomes, different potentialities and to stand in a different conscious relationship with what you crave. All inventions start with imagining something that only exists as a potential. This is an example of Einstein’s statement that you can’t solve a problem from within the same consciousness as it arose. The use of resonant words/phrases moves you out of the consciousness, the thinking, the history of experience ofwhat makes the holidays stressful for you.
Also, a very important point about depression, anxiety, worry and stress-based thinking is that thoughts loop or circle, ‘round and‘round. The more you think about what you’re anxious or stressed about, the more you think and process from the same rut, reinforcing the negative or life-defeating imaginings, thinking, emoting, and you are caught in a life-defeating version of ‘what wires together, fires together’. This is how our neurons work. The use of resonant words in the blanks of the templates forces us out of the loop of reporting what our past experience has been, into an imagined or potential outcome. The way our brains work, this provides 3 things: 1) we have a new type of thought/feeling/ for our neurons to ‘wire together’ about; 2) we’re outside of our historical experience into a transpersonal (beyond the previously personal) way of knowing ourselves and our life, which is also a new potential; and 3) we’ve moved our experience of the holidays from a looping experience to a spiral one. All of human experience, development, etc. is designed to be spiral: you start at one place, let’s say birth, then each experience is added to what is there from before and in this process of updating changes it to a new whole. You’re the same and yet you have also become different with each passing experience, large or small. Writing the templates makes us conscious of the reality that every stimulus/experience literally updates the entire software we call our identity or self. Life, experience, identity actually occurs in a spiral. Stress and anxiety, especially at the traumatic level, makes this natural updating process difficult if notimpossible, and so we loop rather than move in a spiral.
I realize that the stressors and anxieties people experience in the holidays can be complex, so I am not saying I’m representing all the dimensions of stress/anxiety which can be at play during this time. Nor am I saying the Language of Creation templates are a panacea, or that they may bring instant results. But if you have trouble with stress during the holidays such that you cannot be as present to the joy and meanings about life and humanity this season is meant to remind us of, then I invite you to take a moment to use the templates to open yourself up into at least a little potential to access a little bit of a broader reality than what your history says is the sum total of reality for the holidays.
Here are a few examples of ways you could start a template to generate increased satisfaction for yourself this time of year:
Craving joy and freedom this holiday season creates _______
Craving enjoying the important parts of this season creates _________
Craving ease and grace navigating family gatherings creates _________
Of course you write it the way that’s the most valuable to you. If you need or want help writing an entire template, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com, or Elektra Porzel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who would have thought that this life would really begin its trajectory because of a pair of polka dotted socks? In the 1960’s, life as a child was about fitting in, being like everyone else, not standing out, being seen and not heard, blah, blah. I am so grateful to my mother, who adopted me, because she walked a fine line between being the same as everyone else, and daring to be different. And that has made all the difference as I have made my way through life. Because of those beautiful red socks with black polka dots that I so coveted in second grade, I began to awaken to knowing that being different wasn’t easy, yet it was magic.
What was your opening to the magic of knowing what was yours to do, be, and have? Did it happen through a painful experience such as the socks, or did it happen because perhaps someone saw your light and let you know in a positive way that you were pretty cool? I remember as clearly as if it were yesterday. A girl pointed at my socks that I was wearing with a blue jumper and white shirt, and told me the socks were really ugly. I was devastated. I thought they were the most amazing socks on the planet because they had a design and weren’t just one color. What a gift this was for me…to see already at age 7,that color in the world, and being different was amazing? I remember sitting outside the classroom after the rebuff, and cooling my cheeks, looking out at the playground and questioning life so deeply at that moment. I asked aloud, “Why is it so bad to be different?” I did get an answer that day. The voice inside my mind told me I had come here for a specific purpose, and that those socks WERE the best thing on the planet, and not to mind the girl making the comment. So I tucked away the phrase that I was here for a specific purpose, and have used the experience ever since as my true awakening as a child.
I am certain we all could share childhood stories about experiences in this lifetime that were bound and determined to force us to stay in alignment with separation. As my childhood continued, I fought many similar notions with clothes I wore, things I said to others, holding my personality back from others to remain a mystery, sometimes to those closest to me.
Why am I bringing this simple story up now? I believe it is because I continue to sift back through this lifetime to pull up those memories of when I was aware that I was someone or something other than human, learning to be human, to be grateful for having markers to show me the way…show my true path to me in the moments when I forgot. I am reading a series about fairy tales in the modern day world, where the fairy godmother placed memories in a bubble to store for when they might be needed. This is what I feel has happened with my own memories of awakening. I have several specific ones that I love to pull up out of the mass of bubbled memories to play over and over. Another memory I love to play is one when I was about two years old, in my crib in the bedroom I shared with my brother. I remember talking to him, and having a conversation like we were adults! We were giggling so loudly that my mom came in and told us to be quiet. When I think back to this experience, I am blown away that we conversed like adults at these young ages. We were one being to another, adults in these tiny bodies, sharing a moment…in another realm.
In these times, when we are hanging onto life by our fingernails, take some time to go back to rejoice in those moments when you knew your differences were a gift. The joy that comes from these experiences lightens our days, and helps us hang on just a bit tighter, knowing it has all been so worth the struggle!
Why do we behave as we do? Why do we think like we do? We are raised in cultures that have basic assumptions that we should behave in certain ways, think in certain ways, etc. and that we act as if these norms are ‘the way to be’. Common behavioral norms and memes guide how we act within our families, at work and in general society. Each area has its own norms. For example, in some cities, the norm for entering a bus or train is for people to stand in line and taking turns as we enter a bus quietly. In other cities, the norm is to start hustling and pushing to get in as soon as the bus/train arrives. These norms and expectations are often unconscious and come as a surprise to strangers. Even though surprised, a new resident soon adapts to the norm for that area. Yet we never think how these norms, expectations are programmed in us. Many of us don’t quite buy these directives, these norms and memes, but we don’t have an alternative, so we follow those norms as we search for our craved world.
Our thoughts are determined in the same way that the norms and memes were given to us. We didn’t choose the thought, or the expectation, we were given it. Our thoughts are not our thoughts, they are given us by our families, our religions and our societies. This kind of thinking we call ‘thunking’. Tantra Maat describes our predicament this way…
“We can compare having thoughts or ‘thunking’, to the analogy of the car. ‘Thunking’ is like turning on the key in the ignition and the engine doesn’t turn over. In the beginning, you know something is wrong, but after a while, when the engine doesn’t turn over anymore, you forget the car ever ran. You walk away and leave the car behind. You don’t even realize you’ve walked away. Without realizing it, you have left your mind behind.”
We are taught to give precedence to what others tell us is occurring outside of ourselves and inside of ourselves. We are taught to think of our own experiences as others tell us it should be described. We are taught to hold onto these ‘interpretations’ of an experience forever. A headache on the right side of your head always means the same thing, or a jittery stomach always means the same thing now, as it did when you were 9 years old. Stop for a minute. Does that make sense? Start thinking, not thunking.
We were given bodies that are paying attention to the whole environment in every moment. The communciation from that system is called Sentient Intelligence. We have cut ourselves off from this intelligence by all these thunkings that we have been given. It’s time to start listening to this physical intelligence which comes to us in sensations, sensitivities and imagination. We have already experienced it in nature, in the awe of a sunset, in the quiet of a forest walk, in the wonder we feel at the touch of a baby’s skin, of the first buds of spring. But that is not how we spend the majority of our time. We thunk thru our day. We don’t listen to our bodies with new perceptions of what is occurring in the moment.
To lower the stress in your life, pay attention to your Sentient Intelligence. To help you make the best decision for YOU, pay attention to your Sentient Intelligence. It helps you recognize reaction loops, and instead, choose response. As you start to learn this communication system, your creativity will increase. Your neuroplasticity will increase as you begin to think new thoughts, find new solutions. You will start looking for life-enhancing thoughts and turn off life-negating thoughts. You will begin to recognize the limitations of the world that you were born into. You will began to create a new reality to live in and thrive in that works for you in connection with others.
In the Institute, we unpack different words, phrases, concepts in order to know them differently than our society defines them. That means that we take it apart, we look at its meanings at different times, in different people. We offer our experiences until we all come to discover the broader meanings of that word or phrases that are life-enhancing for us. We come to a new comprehension of what that word/phrase is for us. We use discovery, exploration and comprehension to unpack a word. We are unpacking Sentient Intelligence on May 16th, 5:30pmPT. It’s a FREE 90 minute Zoom call. Register here.
Have you ever found yourself in the middle of writing a Creation Exercise and you drifted away, or you were distracted by something, or caught yourself day dreaming, only to bring yourself back and get yourself back into writing the Creation Exercise? What do you think had you do that? Was it just some random distraction? Maybe you even went as far as wondering what was wrong with you because you can’t stay focused…… What if….. What if it was Creation talking to you and you just ignored it?
We are so trained to think in logic and everything has to follow a sequential mental order. We have a tendency to think, ‘how can this possibly be related to what I am writing’ – and then you delete it from your reality. How many times have we been told to stop day dreaming and get back to reality? We have been trained to be disconnected from that which created us, our direct link, and how ‘It’ communicates with us. We have forgotten how to include the ways our systems communicate with forces larger than ourselves as a part of our reality.
Lately when I have found myself being ‘randomly distracted’ in the middle of an exercise, I have started to include it. I look at what I was present to, or what was my daydreaming about, or what my thoughts were, and incorporate that into whatever Creation Exercise I am doing. I have started to no longer think that these are random distractions, rather they are a form of communication from Creation.
The other day I was writing an observing on a craving. I had been feeling ‘out of sorts’ the last 24 hours. I had even gone so far as to put off writing the observing in hopes that I could be a little more upbeat. It so happened that the craving I was observing was on ‘full spectrum response’. I was observing that the full spectrum response was being able to feel all feelings not just the ones we label as being good feeling one. I was at my OO: of my first recursion when I found myself out of nowhere distracted and started playing with the shadows my hands were making in the sunlight on my wall. So it became my OO: and as I was typing it I started to laugh. Now logically, do I know exactly how it was related? Not really. All I know is that it was another emotion that I got to feel as I played with life and it seemed to take me out of my heaviness and enjoy a moment in life. I got to enjoy a full spectrum of feelings.
We are not used to how our systems were designed to speak to Creation. We are in an exploration and we are not all like. Each of us have our own unique way of communicating with those forces larger than ourselves. Why do you feel one way when you start a Creation Exercise and another way by the end of the exercise? What if, those thoughts that randomly distracted you were really you thinking your own thoughts, not thoughts from the broken system you were born into that you are so used to thinking? The problem is this way of communication is so unfamiliar to us that we brush them aside and we don’t include it. What if… this is the magic we all want in our lives, the aliveness that seems to have gotten lost. What if we are restoring our communication, and our direct link with that which created us?
So stop, and take a moment, when you think you have been distracted in the middle of writing your Creation Exercise and see what you are present to, to what you are daydreaming about, or what thoughts that have shown up out of nowhere, and see if it is really a different way of being informed. Put some magic back into your life and play, play with life. Start including more.
Are you consciously creating what you want or are you just wishing and praying that it will appear before you?
It is with our words that we inform Creation what we want. What are you telling Creation? So many people only go as far as Craving, which is that deep longing within our solar plexus that holds the remembrance of something we once had and don’t have now, and that is as far as they go.
We have a sentient intelligence which lies in our sensations, sensitivity and imagination. Get your right mind back. You can start to restore your mind by using your imagination. That was what your mind was truly designed for. Inform creating what you really want, what lies beneath that initial craving.
Let’s say you really liked the color blue and you walked around saying, ‘I like blue, I want blue, I want blue, I really crave blue. All I want is blue.’ Creation heard you and gave you blue. Then one day you stopped and noticed the world around you and said, ‘Man this is boring. Everything is all the same color. Creation can’t you do any better than this, I mean really, everything is just blue.”
Well, all you asked for was blue. You weren’t telling Creation anything else and yet you were expecting Creation to give you something else. How was Creation to know what you wanted? To speak to Creation and let It know what you want, you have to step outside of the old ways and use your imagination. You never said, ‘l would like to add some green to the blue over here and I want to blend 3 shades of yellow over here. Oh, and over here I would like to swirl in some white, with the white becoming the prominent color right in the center.’
You are stepping out of the world of just blue by using your imagination. Our minds were originally designed to be imaginative. We just forgot how to use our imagination.
