Tools for Stabilizing Ourselves by Elektra Porzel
These are times that destabilize us or give us that experience. Much is unsettling. Much is being broken apart as we watch. We ask why? One of the explanations is that the present reality of separation has to be broken apart for the new realities of unity to rise. We hadn’t realized how hard this would be. Fear is generated. Unrest is the daily unease.
What about the idea that all this shifting is also discombobulating all your own historic stances, beliefs, habits? Your shadow? Part of you may want to return to the ‘stability’ of your past which isn’t going to happen. Your past was a historic idea of yourself, your historic personality. You have been working hard to be more of ‘who you came here to be’. You can’t both hold onto the old and beckon to those original designs of you. Something has to give. Additionally, there are higher dimensional energies coming into this world. They are pouring in just as it seems a lot of trauma energies are running wild.
So how do you find a stabilizing point in your daily changing life? I suggest that you write your Creation Exercises based on the Templates of the Language of Creation. Write them at least weekly. They were created for this time. I also suggest that you pay attention to other etheric support that may be here for you, and you had not recognized how to work with it.
Creation Exercises
The Templates of the Language of Creation include 7 Craving Templates and 2 Observing Templates. The Craving Templates support you in expanding your mind through the writing of life-enhancing phrases, and accessing your relationships with your deeper wisdom, your larger mind and with Creation. The Observing and Observing being Templates help you be honest with yourself and with your etheric support. They are the GPS of your journey.
The Templates first support you in allowing yourself to crave and to describe what that craving will create, sustain and maintain and ultimately embody in your life. They support you in re-matrixing words, concepts or even people in your life and in expanding what your ‘being’ states are for you. They help you create complexity of many metapoints into life-generating formulas. They give you access to being one with Creation and they give you the opportunity to let your larger sentient imaginary mind come forth to help you embody a field.

Are You There?
Try writing this Q&A regularly to discover what other wisdom may be yours for the asking.
‘Are you there?” If you hear nothing, ask again the next day. If you hear ‘yes’, you ask.
“Who or what are you?” If you hear nothing, ask again the next day. If you hear an answer, write it down no matter how strange or comforting or discomforting.
Then ask:
“May I ask a question?” If you hear nothing or ‘no’, start again the next day. If you hear ‘yes’, ask your question.
Your question: After you hear an answer, you say ‘Thank you.”
You are welcome to say, “May I ask another question?” and follow the same protocol.
End the exchange with ‘Thank you’. Gratitude is the basis of this new relationship that you are building through this exercise.
If possible do it daily. The best time is before you go to bed so your dreamscape is stimulated.
