That Which Is Upon Us by Elektra Porzel

What we do know is that this is a field happening, not just an individual happening. Each of us is experiencing this happening from within our own bodies, minds, and emotions. Each of our bodies has very specific ways of informing us of the shifts that are occurring within. That does not mean that this is just about us individually. That there is something is wrong with us. That we are regressing. No, it does not. We are OK.

Imagine that there are higher vibrational fields that are now coming into earth and interacting with our bodies. These higher dimensional fields could be our Spirit/higher Being; Creation/God/Goddess; our etheric support team. In any case, our bodies have been used to existing not just in this 3rd dimension but also within the mind sets/historic neuronal networks that define us as limited to the 3^rd dimension, at fault for everything that we experience and alone, i.e., we must do it all by ourselves. That is just the past agreements. They are done. Our bodies remember our original design, our unity in paradise. Our bodies are fine with these experiences that we are having. They just must complete the removal of historic thinking and of historic stances that we took in alignment with our society’s norms and beliefs.

We are in the present moment of embodiment. We are material and etheric Beings who are simply recalling our original design. Yes, our bodies. our emotions, and our historic neuronal networks will be triggered by these higher degrees of connection with our larger Self, and Creation. Yes, once we recognize that this is all that this is occurring, that only goodness is occurring, that this process is a blessing…well, we will collectively and individually take a deep breath and move on with being in the experience in curiosity and joy, instead of experiencing it with a feeling of fear or failure. Our only responsibility is to be present to what is occurring and to open up to the next step of what is occurring.

Do we know what the next step is? No. There is no need to. We are held by Creation. Creation is like a loving Mother and Father. It has our backs collectively and individually. It will guide us at every step. Just as you accept the meaning of some sentient register in your body when writing your Creation Exercises, likewise you can accept this support from Creation as you simply respond to each step. The critical piece here is to pay attention to what is occurring in the larger field within which you exist. For many of you, one of those larger fields is the Field of Tantra Maat. As you pay attention to the changes in your body and your thinking, also pay attention to something occurring in the larger fields. Ask not – why is this sensation/thinking happening to me? Ask – what is occurring in my larger fields that is impacting my body, my mind, and my emotions?

Individually we are stronger when we stand with another in a field. We are stronger as a WE than as an I. Trying to do it all alone will never get you to Paradise, to your original design to your embodiment of your Being. Know that together we will have Paradise here if we pay attention to the larger field occurrences and stay connected to each other.

The Power of our Minds

Our bodies are talking to us all the time, yet we often don’t consciously listen to it. In the Western Culture, we have been taught to listen only to authority outside of us…our family, our society, our religion to decide how to be, what to do, to say, or to have. We give dominance to our head brain, which is the repository of these historical beliefs and experiences. These old beliefs stay in control of our behaviors and our language unless we deliberately work to change them.

For the most part, human beings don’t respond recognizing that the information has been digested by the body. Human beings respond more like having a mental manual. Recording something in your thinking is not the same as absorbing with your gut. We’re talking about a very different phenomenon which is based in intelligence that moves with sentience held in empathy, not with disconnected information that crowds the mental mind and distances you from your body’s ‘awe and wonder’ your MetaBody. Our Two brains

We have two brains that work together to help us survive and thrive in the reality that we were born into: Our Head Brain and our Gut Brain/ENS/Solar Plexus. These two brains – head, gut – are part of an interrelated, interconnected, symbiotic system.

Physically our bodies use the Vagus Nerve to send information gathered by the ENS/Solar Plexus up to our Head brain to keep our entire body in homeostasis; to let us know what is going on within us and around us, hence our ‘gut responses; and to communicate with us all that is occurring beyond the capability of our physical senses and our head brain’s limitations. Sentient Intelligence is the language of the abdominal/gut brain. Sentient Intelligence is sensations, emotions, energies that arise from our Solar Plexus in response to life-generating or life-defeating experiences or thinking.

Energetically our body/mind system uses both flow and contraction to bring our internal systems into homeostasis and balance. You see these flows identified in Taoism and in the Hindu Chakra system.

Spiritually our ENS/Gut brain responds to energies outside of our bodies by aligning these biological systems with our spiritual/dimensional aspects. The Solar Plexus/ENS is the response point for all the templates/connection/history that the Embryonic Brain held. It should be the leader in accessing the larger fields of which we are a part and for in the moment information pertaining to that which is within and outside of us.

Our Four Minds

We have four minds all composed of vast networks of glial cells and neurons biologically held in our ENS and/or our head brain.

Our Mental Mind is the mind that we normally refer to. It is primarily located in our head brain though some connecting networks do connect to the Abdominal Mind. It is composed of networks of glial cells and neurons holding all that our culture/family/religion taught us about what is true about ourselves and the reality that we were born into. While this information is from outside us, we often internalize it and let it determine how we interact in the world. False assumptions here keep us from living the life we came here to live.

Our Abdominal Mind holds our Embryonic Mind. The Abdominal Mind is also composed of vast networks of glial cells and neurons holding both the original design of the human being and the present in-the-moment information about what is occurring in our physical/energetic systems. Sentient intelligence arises from both the Abdominal and Embryonic minds.

Our Embryonic Mind remembers our original design and our connection to our Being and to Creation. It is held in glial cells and neuronal networks within the ENS. It is the activation of this mind that is part of our awakening.

Our Dimensional Mind is held in both the etheric and the physical fields. It connects our matter with our energy, our flesh with our Spirit; our biochemical systems with our alchemical connections, our finite beingness with our infinite beingness. There is a vast etheric network from this mind into the biological networks of our Mental Mind, our Abdominal Mind, and our Embryonic Mind. The networks of these four minds can learn to interact with each other to bring you into the embodiment of your larger Being within your biological matter. It is through these networks working together that we have access to our own deeper wisdom.

Our minds are the response mechanisms to our system of consciousness here in this world. It is possible to access the Abdominal Mind through paying attention to our Sentient Intelligence and moving into our direct link with our Being and Creation. It is possible to build the capabilities of our energetic bodies and inner senses through activations, conscious connection and practice. It is possible to activate our Embryonic mind through the writing of our Creation Exercises. It is possible to build our craved reality through writing your Creation Exercises during which new networks of glial cells and neurons that hold only life-enhancing, life-generating phrases are created. These new networks connect to old historic networks and become dominant in the response patterns of our body/mind to new situations or experiences. Then our whole body/mind/spirit system then has more possibilities of varied responses vs historic reactions.

For example, what would be the outcome of allowing the Mental Mind to have dominance over the Solar Plexus/Embryonic mind? (as our present reality has us do) Would it be unconsciousness, a disconnection from our body, beliefs, habits, control by history?

What would be the outcome of giving dominance to our Solar Plexus/Embryonic memory over our Mental Mind? Would it be direct knowing, more responses than reactions, an in-the-moment adjustment to what is occurring?

We are more than our Mental Mind. We are not our history nor our historic reactions. We are on the cusp of being our Being. In listening to and opening up to our Abdominal, Embryonic and Dimensional minds, we will experience the state of being of who we came here to be, what we came here to do and what we came here to have.

Moving Outward in Your Fibonacci Spiral

Have you ever looked at the Fibonacci Spiral, and at its number sequence? There are small boxes in the middle and a spiral that starts at the very smallest boxes. Then the size of the boxes expand as the spiral expands. This spiral is also called the Golden Mean and is the basic structure of all life on earth. The numbers go like this: 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89… Each number is the result of adding the two numbers before it. Each number therefore includes the number before it and as the spiral moves it includes the spaces before it as well.

To me, the smallest boxes seem like life in any culture. Our cultures, our religions, our families define what we should do, think, and be. This is what our brain has recorded as we grew. Another name for our mind at this point is our historic mind. That historic mind simply sends our thoughts along the neural pathways that have been already laid down. If we allow those neural pathways of the historic mind to guide us, then we can expect to do, be and have what our society/religion/family has told us to be, do and have. The truth is we do not have to allow our brain to operate only in the neural pathways laid down in childhood.

If you feel that you have other places to go, that you have other ways to be, that you have other things to do, then it is time to create new neural pathways in your brain and your body. You might think, well that is easier said than done. Those neural networks of your historic mind are ruts in your brain; these are your default thinking processes because they are automatic. You see it in your reactions, so quick, something just said or done before you can think differently. Response takes a pause, a choice. It is in response where you start to move beyond the borders of your historic personality, your historic mind, your previously accepted lifestyle, and viewpoints. You start to move from 1 to 2 to 3 to 5…to 89 and beyond.

It takes choice to move out of old patterns. Choice to give up something – like watching tv for an hour – to do something new – like cook a new healthy recipe. Renounce and act. It is a formula that works. Renouncing one habit to make room for a new one! I also use the Creation Exercises from the Language of Creation to start claiming more of what I want in my life. The Creation Exercises put a stop to our automatic reactions as they put our capacity to create back in our own hands in our direct link with Creation. In our Creation Exercises, we write what we crave for our life that is life-enhancing for us, life-generating for us. We access our own deepest wisdom in our Craving Exercises, and we are in the present moment as the Observer in the Observing Exercises. While I have experienced what it is like to move on the spiral and include more, I anticipate the sense of expansiveness that could come with going further out on that Fibonacci Spiral. What is possible for us as we claim more of whom we came here to be, to do and to have? What would it be like to be an 89? That individual would have moved beyond his/her historic personality and life viewpoints. They would be in a vertical connection with Creation/their God/Goddess. They would look like everyone else, no perfection here physically. They would still function in our present-day reality but not be of it, not in reaction to it. They would still do the dishes and take out the garbage. They would stand in their own truth. They would embody their Sovereign Being, that Soul who chose to incarnate on earth. A person who lives in the spiral at 89 includes everything in the early parts of their spiral. They include all of their experiences the 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 up to 89. The difference is that the space that these historic experiences take up are miniscule compared to the vast field of the 89. Those historic thoughts, experiences of the early part of the spiral of our life, have no power to direct our 89’s actions or thoughts.

What would it be like? Well, that is different for everyone. Honestly, yes, my reality and my sense of the space of my Spirit, my landscape will be different than yours. My sense is that as we expand our field, as we move along the Fibonacci Spiral of our life, we include more within it. There is unity where more is included, not excluded. I believe that 89 is a reachable state. Make it a goal for the rest of your life. Include more and have life-enhancing actions, thoughts and experiences as your measure of what you want in your life. Then you can BE more of whom you came here to be, DO more of what you craved to do and have more than you ever believed you could have.

I highly recommend that you start to and continue to write the Creation Exercises. These Creation Exercises are the only time that I stated to myself what I most deeply craved. Try writing them!
