For 50 years, Elektra studied and applied teachings from a variety of deep transformative disciplines including; meditation, energy healing, indigenous cosmologies and body work.  Each of these disciplines effected a transformation in how Elektra lived in the world and how she would assist humanity in creating a new future. Elektra is Founder and Director of the Language of Consciousness Institute as well as one of the teachers of the Language of Creation. For over four years, she has worked with both new and experienced creation writers individually and in groups in answering questions about the Creation Exercises in general and about specific templates.  She can guide you through refining your writing practice as well as identifying any new experiences that may be connected writing the creation exercises.
