Coming Home to Me!
For all of my 70 years of life, I knew that there had to be something more to what the world was. There was something else that it was supposed to be. I knew too that there was more for me than what I experienced of my historic life. It always felt like a two-track life (at minimum). One track was the programmed track of being a human woman. I was daughter, sister, then girlfriend, wife, then mother. I loved and lost, and loved again while gaining two wonderful children who reminded me about just being with another, about dreaming and hope. My love for them and their children led me to persevere on my second track.
My second track was about finding that other me who came here to do something on earth. That wasn’t my historic self that lived with old hurts/concepts but was instead someone who stood tall in her own truth and created a better world for herself and humanity. In that pursuit, I didn’t follow gurus as that was not the kind of support I felt was right for me. I became a leadership trainer in my professional life and watched humans try so hard to be better and most often not be supported in that effort. I had a healing practice and worked one to one with individuals to help their physical bodies and their energy bodies heal and expand in capability. Some people added their own effort to my efforts on their behalf, and the changes they desired persisted. Many did what they had been trained to accept…just getting back to the status quo of what they had been.
About 5 years ago, I discovered Tantra Maat and the Language of Creation. I instinctively knew that she had what I needed to get to that ‘true me’ and to that reality that I wanted for me and my grandchildren. I was spot on. Just like with my own clients, I had to add my own effort to the promise of her field and her creation exercises. I had to listen and re-listen to calls. I had to practice the creation exercises regularly.
One year ago, the IUWC Institute started sponsoring the 90 Day Creation Project to assist people in applying the use of the creation exercises to the challenge of opening to a new reality and discovering and being their ‘true me’. The 90 Day Creation Project is both an individual practice and a group phenomenon. Each person uses the templates of the Creation Exercises daily to create a Craving or an Observing. Each person writes those in a notebook or on a computer. Each person reads them over regularly and writes an observing for every craving recursion. The group field is created because of our commitment to writing for ourselves. We are connected as we write. We post some of what we write on the Generating Realities Facebook page, which deepens the interconnection and interdependence of all in our field. This larger field nurtures our individual cravings and thus supports them coming into manifestation.
You can join the 90 Day Creation Project at any time during the 90 Day period. Sign up and we guide you to where you can learn how to make the most of writing the Creation exercises. We send you weekly emails that explore the experiences of writing the Creation Exercises.
It is through this regular writing of the Creation Exercises that I have come to stand taller in my sense of who I am and whom I came here to be. I experience the new reality of unity forming on this earth. The regular writing of the creation exercises, particularly the Observings, helps me handle the difficulties of the old habits/personalities/realities dying and the new arising. They help me define what I want to replace the old with…my cravings become the landscape that I inhabit.
Join us in the 90 Creation Project at any time during the current 90 Day Project. Register at http://iuwcinstitute.com/events-5/. It’s free. For me, the ‘not doing’ the Creation Exercises is costly. It can cost me my sense of my ‘true me’. It can cost me having the strength, stamina and capacity that I need to bring my ‘true me’ and my new reality into full manifestation. Join us in stepping up to the challenge of finally getting your ‘true me’ and creating the reality that you want for yourself, your family and for humanity.
