Being consciously conscious have been my buzz words for years now. In my cravings, being consciously conscious, would always appear. I knew that is what I wanted to be and have. Yet, I never stopped and looked at what consciously conscious meant to me and the larger question – FOR WHAT? What did I want to become conscious for?
What I have discovered is that for me, consciousness basically means becoming more aware of something. Once I become more conscious/aware to how something works, or what certain sentient signals I am receiving, I can track it better, I can become more aware of when I am operating a certain way. I pay attention, and in the paying attention it seemed to develop more. I become an active participant in my life rather than just letting something happen to me. I start to open up into a larger field of existence.
I use a process called unpacking to pay more attention to a concept or idea and figure out what it means to me. How many times have we not taken the time to unpack something? I know I would always say I didn’t have enough time. I have also found that by doing the unpacking with others in the field and pinging off each other, I got further than if I did it alone.
Together lets unpack what consciousness means and how our sentient intelligence operates for each of us. We are all unique and essential and each of our systems work differently. It’s about getting to know your own system, becoming conscious to how it operates. As Tantra has said, ‘the miracle is in the system, not in the individual.’ How you get access to your own system is through your sentient intelligence– you have to become conscious to how it operates. You become conscious of shifting the energy of words by writing Craving 3&4. – Craving what/craving what being, and then observe as your sentient intelligence has you become present to and open up into being consciously conscious.
